Convenient location off the interstate. Located at an exit with a bunch of restaurants (many in walking distance) and plenty of options for gas, etc. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Pet friendly with only a small charge for my dog. Great stopping point between Knoxville and Lexington.

Minor issue, but exterior of hotel some garbage strewn about, which I wouldn’t have noticed except for when I was walking my dog.

HIE totally spoiled us for staying anywhere else! This was perfect! The room and hotel was spotless and smelled wonderful. The bed was oh so comfortable. I can't say enough about the breakfast! We were there for 3 days and in that time we got biscuits, biscuits and gravy (yummy), scrambled eggs, omelets, pancakes, delicious cinnamon rolls, cereal, fruit, juices, coffee and milk, yogurt and more. Sure didn't need lunch! Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. And there were plenty of grassy areas to walk our fur baby when needed. All in all, I give this stay a 15 out of a possible 10!

There was absolutely NOTHING to dislike!!!

Mike the Front Desk personal was exceptional from first minute entered the hotel and throughout whole stay. Never in all travels ever had such a friendly, caring and helpful person (regarding your stay) type person. The rooms were very comfortable. Breakfast was always kept clean and hot as needed. Had everything to eat a person would want or need. Will definately return here to stay.

Right off the highway near plentiful options for food, gas and Walmart right there. It’s clean, updated and the beds are comfortable. We like that the rooms have two king size beds works perfect for our family with young children. We stayed twice for this trip as it is the halfway point for our destination and both times, Mike checked us in at the front desk. He was very friendly.

Not much to not like. It was perfect for what we needed and affordable.

The property was great. Some things could have been more clean and better maintained but it was nice. The staff were so sweet and friendly.

The bathroom had some mold in places. Just some normal wear for a place. But it’s something maintenance and the cleaning stuff should be more on top of. In the pool are there was some paint peeling in the area between the indoor outdoor pool.

Clean and the rooms and foyers have been updated with new carpet and wallpaper etc

The shower valves leaking onto the floor if you didn’t have the curtain positioned just right to deflect the water back into the tub. The shower curtain was torn at first but the staff promptly replaced it the next morning. The valves were difficult to use especially for my elderly mother. We were in a handicap bathroom and the bottom of the tub was very slippery. But with some repairs the bathroom would be fine.

Stayed at this hotel about a year ago. They remembered us, and our dog! Great staff, excellant facility. Bed was a little uncomfortable for me, but I have a tough time finding a strange bed that works for me. Would recommend this place and will probably stay here again!

Staff was very kind and accommodating to my needs. Pool was heated which was nice for the kids. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a big variety of foods.

Rooms were a little loud. Could hear a lot of what was going on in hallways.

The breakfast was lovely with many choices. Coffee was great. The seating was plenteous, and the area was kept very clean.

We were traveling for the occasion of our sisters death. We would have appreciated a Bereavement Rate to help offset the expenses of unexpected travel. We arrived in the early am hours, and the employee at the front desk was a little rude.

The location was perfect very spacious size room pool area was clean and the breakfast was plenty

Don't like to complain but I feel that the curtains could use some work and a little detail on some thing in the room would make it over the top
