Hostess staff good. Beds were very comfortable.

Room was not serviced day before we left as requested. Shower needs to be redesigned as water gets out of shower even with curtain inside it. Hallway on second floor was dirty both on the walls and the carpet. The appearance “appeared” to be I cleaned for quite sometime—not just from a week or two. Walls should be washed regularly or even be repainted. Carpet was stained as well as unclean. Room was ok except for not being serviced as requested (we followed instructions and asked for room service the evening before). Finally, breakfast items needs to be improved as well as tine extended for maybe another hour.

The breakfast was very good seem to be a little Limited. In the bathroom I noticed above the shower I wasn't sure what the stains were in the ceiling. Your staff is very friendly and welcoming the building looks just maybe a little dated. Love the convenience of the restaurant right across the street Texas Roadhouse. I've been staying in your hotels all over United States for many years our company had an agreement with you I don't know if they still do but they've always been good and kind and very comfortable.

Just worried about those stains in the ceiling over the shower hope it doesn't lead to mold.

The cleanliness was really up to the mark. Bed linen, carpet, washroom. It's located near to the highway so that's a plus point.

The breakfast could have been better. The coffee was tasteless and the options were limited. I would ask the management to kindly fix the elevator. It makes a loud screeching sound and vibrates when it moves up and down.

breakfast was about normal - several other LQ hotels had better breakfasts more choices... we stay at LQ because they are dog friendly ...

had rocks all around the parking lot - so your pets had to cross over them to get to the grass areas...I suggested putting a path or 2 or 3 of patio stones to cross over on... Don't like $25 dog fee...use to be free some LQ's are still pet free others are $20 ... most hotels off free nights after xx stay so we might look at Best Western and others $20 - $25 pet fee is common now

Location was great, friendly check in staff.

The duvet was lumpy, due to washing. Also alot of maintenance is needed. When cleaning (vacuum) mush move night stand. I was a housekeeping supervisor, this is stuff I look for. Just to help you out.

Close to the interstate and places to eat. Easy to get in and out of. They had plenty of parking to accommodate my needs. My truck and trailer are over 40 ft long and I had no problems parking or navigating the parking lot.

Its online appearance, location, amenities and room organization and configurations was nice. Helpful Staff!

The foyer/breakfast area fabric upholstered furniture was dirty. The fruit was unappealing…old looking.

The location was perfect, beds very comfortable & breakfast was great!

My only issue was the shower head - not much water came out of it - the only problem I had with the room (I have long hair so the amount of water didn’t get the shampoo out).

We brought our dogs with us. They gave us a room on the ground level near an exit, which was a bonus!

The breakfast wasn’t very good. The only kind of oatmeal was plain. Yuck! Plus, many food spaces were empty and no one was around to refill.

It was fine. The room was as expected.

The breakfast was horrible. Bagels stale, bread and muffins definitely not fresh. No fresh fruit left or yogurts the second morning we stayed. Just a disappointed.
