staff was amazing, from the front desk to housekeeping to the ladies in the breakfast area all were kind and seemed to actually enjoy their job and it showed. really appreciate pet floors being on the first floor, Breakfast area was very clean and a great variety of breakfast items to choose from. hotel smelled clean and fresh upon entering, and staying in a pet friendly room can sometimes have an odor, but our room was amazing, clean, we will be back on our next trip visit family here

we stay on our way to gaitlinburg every time, breakfast is good and location is also good
personally, I don't like having to go thru 3rd party vendors, and paying a higher price because of it, I should have a choice on making my own reservations or someone else doing it

The young lady working the desk, Wood we checked in, was very pleasant and accommodating in our room was very clean and neat. The bed was also very comfortable.
