The young lady and young man working the front desk were superb, very welcoming, with great hospitality. She offered excellent suggestions for our visit to Cumberland Gap. His harmonica skills were entertaining. The facility was clean. The outdoor pool was well kept and had a beautiful view. The breakfast had many options. My kids favorite was the pancake making machine. If we are able to come back to the area, we would definitely book here again. In our week's vacation, we stayed at an Airbnb, 4 different Hiltons, a Sleep Inn, and this one. This Holiday Inn Express was our family's favorite stay.

The staff was very welcoming when we checked in. The attention to detail was outstanding. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were very clean. Breakfast was delicious, and the breakfast staff were very helpful. We definitely plan to return to this hotel in the future!

I can’t think of one single thing we didn’t like.

The property was well maintained and the staff was helpful and friendly.

The only thing that was a bit annoying was the auto sensor lights in the room. When I was using the bathroom the lights went off.

Going in I didn't expect much but wound up very impressed by this hotel. The facilities looked new or at least very well maintained, the room was extremely clean and comfortable. and the hot breakfast was outstanding. The personnel were friendly and helpful with the woman running the breakfast galley going around to each table to see if anyone needed anything else. Hotel is well-located on the main drag; close to restaurants and the Cumberland Gap NP.

I noticed the TV turned off by itself when I had left it on during the night. Which, I thought was weird as I left it on for a reason and it gave me concern that someone somehow got into the room.

.The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. Breakfast was great, time was broad enough to catch early bird husband as well as last minute me. A big selection, all at perfect temperatures whether hot food or cold. I just can't say enough, very pleased and am already recommending to family and friends .

Since I'm from the flat lands, I would have liked to look out of the window and see mountains which were across the street from the front of the hotel But the hotel is against a mountain and my room was on the backside of the building so I looked at a dirt wall outside of the window.

Clean room, decent breakfast, clean pool area and pool. The people were very friendly and helpfull. Loved the shower.

The shampoo in the shower left your hair limp.

The beds are very comfortable. The pillows were way comfortable. And the best breakfast that I've had anywhere in a long time. We also love the fact that he had death products for everything that you needed we didn't have to use any of the stuff that we brought.

The breakfast was excellent. It was very busy that morning and there was only on lady handling it all. She did a great job. The room was very nice and clean and staff was very nice.

There was a really nice breakfast each morning.

The beds, though not bad at all, could be firmer. This is an issue for those of us with problem backs.
