The Staff were very friendly and helpful, beds were fairly comfortable, the hotel was in a decent location, the bathrooms had nice lighted mirrors, the indoor pool was a good size and it had a decent breakfast.

I rented a one and two bedroom and in my opinion the one bedroom was small and cramped. Also, the one bedroom had no chest or anything to put folded clothes in. It was odd not having at least a table to sit extra things on. Not sure what was up with the vinyl flooring but I would shower and a little while later the bottoms of my feet would be almost black. Air conditioning was extremely loud which was a bother to me trying to sleep. I felt the price I paid was a little too much as I have stayed in more upscale hotels for around the same price, however, in a pinch I would stay there again if need be.

Room appeared clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Clerk at check out was very friendly. We were too tired to go to the pool but I went in the pool room and felt how warm the water was, and it was good. It's nice to have an indoor pool.

Our room was on the street side and there was a lot of traffic noise all night long. I turned the AC to "fan only" to provide some white noise but it didn't block out everything. Probably too late now, but extra insulation in the walls and better windows would have helped. Or have a heavy drape that can be pulled over the window. My only other complaint was a place on the floor (room 322) that had been ruined in some way; maybe by water. It detracted from the ambience of the room.

From pre check in to checkout was a great experience. I would recommend this hotel on just that. The staff were very polite and knew their job. They answered all our questions and were most helpful with suggestions. The complimentary breakfast was above and beyond my expectations. They have quite a selection for many taste. Very family friendly. I have to give a special shout out to Loki, who was the first person we saw when checking in. Another shout out to Lori for helping to make our extended stay very easy to manage. Lastly, to James, who was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable about the area. Checking out was as easy as checking in. The cleaning staff were awesome, and my compliments to the chef for our who prepared our breakfast.

There nothing that I didn't like but would like a suggestion to install a handrail on the side of tub as well as non slipping tabs for the bottom of tub.

Location right off the highway, landscape, nice building, interior & exterior nice n’ clean, parking lot close to door, friendly staff hospitality, pool nice, room decor not outdated very nice, the price was great no crazy fees😊 👍

Nothing bad to say. This place is well managed! The only things that would would make me not like are 1. bugs (roaches, bb) 2. if the room was visibly filthy 3. If staff was rude. Trust me I’ve stayed hotels that were nightmares at least 3 times.

People were always very nice!😊 Pool, parking in a great location. Clean and had a waffle maker. Even though work was being done it was quite and clean

The room was not a suite but even still should have a table to use, even a pull up. 2 hangers had to ask for more. No hooks or enough shelf placement in bathroom, for personals. The coffee was very weak, bought instant to add to it. But available.

It was nice, we have always had good experiences when we stay here.

The breakfast was not up to par this particular stay. We went to breakfast around 7:45, two of the three coffee carafes were empty. My husband fixed himself a plate, the biscuits were at one end of the bar, the gravy on the other. As we sat there, the coffee all ran out, the food was never refilled, and was empty. We got up and left as several guest started came in, but I’m sure they were disappointed to find everything empty.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and mattress and linens were newer. Carpet in hallway was new and overall the decor was fresh and relaxing. After a long day on the road it was nice to tuck into a reasonably priced place that was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good in a very clean , well lit dining room. Coffee was excellent. Lots of outdoor parking and convenient to the highway. Definitely I will make this our regular stopover!

Older but had some new renovations. I blame inconsiderate travellers for suitcase damage done on freshly painted decor. Elevator showed signs of age but still working great.

The friendliness and welcoming nature of the staff. Excellent breakfast, and you can tell they are working to update the entire hotel. Room was super nice despite my worry when I saw the halls being a little messy.

Our only complaint is that there were hairs on the shower wall when we got there and our window lock was broken... Everything else about the room was honestly top tier though!

They are always the sweetest people, the rooms are clean and comfy. The pool is always my kids fav and it’s open from 9am-10pm, clean and the perfect temperature. They give you complimentary items on arrival as well as departure. Water, cookies, snack cakes, crackers. The continental breakfast has a wide variety of items and something for even the pickiest eaters. We have stayed here 2x a year for the past 3yrs. Always our go to stay.
