The staff was very helpful and friendly. Very accommodating. The breakfast was delicious every morning, and staff waited for us to finish, even though several mornings we got there just 15 min before breakfast ended. They even offered to make more when they ran low.

Really, I only noticed the carpet in the hallway outside our room needed to be vacuumed.

Very friendly staff. Room was clean & had plenty of towels. They had lots of bathroom supplies & snacks available.

The parking lot is difficult to maneuver & rather small. The lighting in the bathroom needs to be brighter. I was disappointed that the shower did not provide shower gel as they did shampoo & conditioner. The shower curtain was almost too short to keep water off the floor.

Exterior could use a facelift ... a good power wash and fresh paint. Workman- ship in updates for rooms could have been better. Open screw holes in bathroom vanities. It was difficult taking a bath; had to manually hold down plug so shower wouldn't run. Not enough healthy choices for breakfast. Prefer real scrambled eggs (no cheese). There were no raisins, nuts, or cinnamon to add to plain oatmeal. Would like to see dairy milk alternatives such as rice milk or almond milk.

The breakfast was a full meal which seems to be a rarity these days. It was excellent and the staff were so friendly. The beds were comfortable and the room was nice and clean. There was coffee near the lobby area 24/7 and cookies at the desk in the evening. It was close to The Center where we attended the KY Square Dance Convention and restaurants aplenty close by. The room rate was moderate and fit our budget. We were extremely pleased and will definitely stay there again!

I had low expectations as it was one of the cheaper hotels in the area, but it was a great hotel. We checked in after midnight and the gentleman working the front desk was super friendly and explained what was needed quickly and efficiently. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. There was a full buffet breakfast with plenty of options and was delicious. I would definitely book here again!

There isn't really anything I can complain about. Just know the breakfast hours are firm. They clean it up on immediately at the time listed. So, if you want to eat make sure you are there on time!

It is very clean. Staff is friendly and professional. They were prepping the corridor walls to be painted- they had a speckled look on them and it looked very good!! Manager showed us what is was going to look like- not sure about the end results

I liked everything. The room could’ve been a little bigger. There was 3 of us and we had a rollaway bed besides the 2 queen beds and there was just very little room to move around.

The double queen room was a bit crowded. A bigger fridge would have been nice too.

The staff was exceptional. Checking in/out was so easy.. The staff was incredibly nice. I have to say this is the first place I have ever stayed where they made a point to say if we had forgotten anything, toothpaste, toothbrush, and so on to let them know and they would do what they could. The rooms were clean and comfortable like you would expect but the staff really made this a place I would stay again.
