Breakfast being free and available. Comfortable bed and bedding. Friendly staff.

The breakfast. The biscuits were hard most of the time like they were reheated leftovers. The some of the sausage seemed the same, reheated leftovers. The edges on some were old and hard. The tv was a bit small.

Clean room and bath. Convenient location.

Breakfast was of poor quality and not very good, no staff there cleaning and putting food out. Everyone had to use the same cup for waffle mix. No staff to wipe up after people making them.

Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was good every morning. It's the perfect location to hit the water from! Have stayed here a couple of times, and will stay again!

Breakfast is always solid and rooms clean. I have stayed here many times for the Lake, convenient to Beavercreek and Conley

This trip room could of been just a bit cleaner but still above price point.

The property was clean and the staff was very accommodating. We had 20 family members and the allowed us to gather in the breakfast area.

Everything except started getting bit by something and left welts all over me. The bedspread really needed washed bad. But other than that it was awesome

Hair dryer didn't work

Bathroom ceiling needs updated

Clean and friendly. The free breakfast is good. Boat parking lot in rear

Our second time in room 307. The bathroom fan needs replaced it is very very loud

Everyone is so helpful and friendly. We were very tired when we got there after our grandchildren’s soccer games that night. It was clean comfy and warm.

We don’t have any thing to say, except I wish they would let well behaved dogs stay.

The room was very clean and comfortable, I didn't try breakfast so I can't rate it.the room rate was a little bit high for the area.
