The breakfast was great, The food was fresh and hot. Staff was super friendly, convenient location. decent pricing for a Friday night when my family was in a bind and had no electricity.

The stains on sheets. Seemed to be old blood spot that had faded, I had peroxide w me so i poured some on the stains and they vanished in about 20mins. hated the many hairs that were in our shower dried onto the tub and wall. was only give under half a roll of toilet paper. but i’m an over packer and brought my own just in case. i also recall the hotel smelling like sewage or old pool water on the whole first floor but the smell disappeared once you got into the elevator.

The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was great with lots of options and the location was perfect.

Our bathroom had a horrible sewage smell that just lingered in the bathroom. The front desk girl came to the dining room while we’re eating breakfast and was talking so loud and non stop to the other employee (gossiping)we couldn’t hear the tv.

Location was great as we were visiting Lake Cumberland. Trip was wonderful.

The back parking lot lights shine right into the room window all night. When the shades are shut, there are two bright streaks of light going down each side of the window where the shade doesn't reach the wall to block it. A black out curtain would probably take care of it.

The location was very convenient, only one block from my venue. The breakfast provided a good variety and was well maintained and clean. The chocolate chip cookies in the lobby every afternoon were the perfect finale.

Nothing I can think of. Everything I needed was there.

The breakfast was satisfactory, the receptionist made sure that all the items were continuously stocked. The room was nice and quiet, and had a very comfortable bed.

The toilet had fecal matter all under the seat and around the edge of the toilet bowl.

Bed was very comfortable & the room was clean.

If you stay in a room on the back side of the building, the parking lot light is very bright & shines right in your window. The shade helps but light leaks in at either end of it as it's not a snug fit.

I traveled to visit my grandsons that I've not seen in a long time. Right away front desk Katie made me feel very welcomed . Thank you Katie ❣

I can't think of anything about the Hotel, but the outside traffic car show was very loud that lasted til midnight.

The breakfast was okay, the room was great, and the pool was fair. The pool had what felt like sand in the bottom.

Pool room consistently cleaned and stocked with towels.

My Family loved the brekfast, the pool and how much space we had in our room.

I think housekeeping could do a little better with the pull out bed in the couch.

I was so thankful for them allowing us to check in that night due to our other hotel having bed bugs. They apologized to us and were very nice.
