Very clean and a great location. The front desk managers were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was better than expected. It had eggs with cheese, sausage patties, biscuits with gravy, French toast sticks, cereal, juices, coffee, waffles, muffins and so on.

The elevator wasn't working and we were on the third floor. To be fair, it was our decision to stay on the third floor in order to keep an eye out on our truck and trailer in the parking lot. They did offer us a bottom floor room.

Place was clean and inviting. Beds and pillows were great. Need instructions on working the tv/remote controls. It took me a few minutes to figure it out. The reason I didn't give it the highest rating was because the breakfast area was lacking appeal. It looked very messy. Plasticware and plates were on the other side of the room from the food. Same with the microwave. Coffee was against the wall before you walked into the breakfast area. I felt like I was going in circles looking for things.It could use a better setup. Otherwise the place was great and I would stay there again.

The property had just come under new management when we stayed there and was definitely in need of some rejuvenation however we got to visit many times with the gentleman who took it over and his staff who were all not only kind and professional but very active in improving the place even as we were staying there. The owner/manager was out sweeping the grounds himself half the time and otherwise overseeing every aspect. You can tell they were very eager to fix it up and make their guests happy.

Nothing was offensive in any way, just needed some freshening up over all, paint, carpets, pull out bed needed a new mattress. Little things.

The pool and hot tub were both nice and enjoyable. The breakfast was good, would have enjoyed having a no pork option, but when we asked, they were able to accomodate with an egg/cheese dish. The check-in was wonderful and all of the staff were helpful and friendly! Would definitely stay again!

A few areas were outdated and if on the backside of the building, the noise from the highway could be annoying.

The facility was very clean and the owner and staff were fantastic. They were very helpful and genuinely friendly. I will be back again.

The bed was not comfortable for me, but that could just be preference and my back. the only down side was the elevator was down. I am sure it will be repaired just bad luck and timing for this stay.

The desk staff was very helpful and tried hard to make sure we were happy. We liked having a smoking area outside where we could sit and visit. We liked that he showed us the room before we booked it to make sure it met our expectations. He gave us water and cookies in a cute little bag upon check in.

The room was larger than most and was quite quiet. It was clean, but there were stains on some of the bedding and the number of towels was sort of strange. Breakfast had a pretty good variety of foods and the TV worked as it should.

They needed more help keeping the breakfast stocked. There was no coffee of any variety available even though there were 3 different pots. The gravy for biscuits and gravy was more like watery broth and the pastries were barely there. The potholes coming into the parking lot could use a little help too. The facility just needs more help maintaining what they have. There is good competition in the area from other motels and time will tell how this one stacks up.

Breakfast had a wide assortment of food to choose from. It was delicious and attendant responded to my request for an additional item, pool exercise area was clean and not crowded. My bed was comfortable and bathroom contained all the necessities and was very clean. The staff was very friendly and responded to requests and questions very quickly. I will definitely make my reservations here several times a year.

The breakfast was good. Staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. Location is great, close to stores and restaurants.

The only issue was had was the toilet not flushing correctly but they took care of it. Also they opened the door while I was getting ready to go to sleep, the door did not lock but again they took care of it.

We liked everything about this property. It looked new and clean. The staff let us check in well before check in time and allowed first floor accommodation as we were traveling with a pet. Salina turned out to be a cozy little town, but it is 5 miles or so from I-70
