The staff was kind and patient with everyone. There was a big ice/snowstorm so there was a lot of chaos. There was nothing open walking distance to get food so they offered us cereal from breakfast which was kind. The room was spacious. The beds were comfortable and each person got two pillows a piece.

The water pressure was terrible. Our TV was really small for such a big room.

Convenient to the southern highway route going past Salina, though a bit further away from downtown Salina and restaurants. Nice staff, clean and comfortable.

The nearest/only very close gas station was a little local-brand convenience store that wasn’t all that convenient, given some limitation at the pumps for payment that required going inside the store.

Confusing on its location The shower water temp could have been a bit hotter.

The staff was great, the facilities were clean and the price was right. Have had many breakfasts at hotels but never had plums until this place! They were so delicious. It's the simple things in life sometimes!

It's a little wonky to get to, but not much can be done about that. The sauna in smelled a bit like sewer gas, I'm guessing the floor drain just needs water in the trap.

Staff was great! Gave us a room directly across from the pool, and allowed us to use the pool past closing bc we were late arrival. The breakfast was awesome. Lots of great options. Room was clean and large. Wifi was really good.

The staff was professional and very personable. The inside of the building - from the lobby and our room everything was clean and pleasant.

No vending machine (drinks) on the second floor - only ice machine.

It was very nice. I wish it would have been a little closer to the highway since I'm from out of town I didn't realize how far it was from hwy. 70. Still a really nice hotel.

The staff is always willing to assist and make your stay as comfortable as possible. Great facilities and very clean. I will reserve rooms for future stays.

I had a terrible time figuring out how the handicapped shower worked. There were no markkinds. Apparently the facet had been installed upside down.
