No ice machine

The two men we VERY accommodating. They helped every way possible, all I had to do was ask.

There was no swimming pool, where the pool was boarded up, maybe they could turn it into a miniature golf course, or something fun for kids.

The owner and his wife are sweetest great people I love them and I will always try to stay at their motel

The only bad thing is is that all the rooms are outdoors you know they open up onto the parking lot it would be nice if they were indoors but it was still very good

What breakfast. Y'all holding out on me

Breakfast was not supplied. It is 15 min walk to McDonalds. I had not good information upon which to choose. I chose on price, assuming the facilities would be basic but adequate. There was WiFi and AC, although the AC was too noisy for me to leave on at night. There were many rooms and few patrons. The motel was quiet. The fellow I was in town to visit was embarrassed for me when he learned where I had book. It is apparently in a part of town which has trouble and drugs. I did not see any of that. Yes, the facilities were old, but were clean and seemd quiet so I thought value for money.

I was not smart enough to work out how to use the shower (which was over the bath). The bath had no plug. I mentioned this to the manager as I checked out and he said 'No baths had plugs' and there was something you had to do with the spout to redirect the water to the shower. I am too old to be trying to sit in a bath.

The bed was comfortable with fresh paint in the bedroom.

The shower did not work at all and we used a Gatorade bottle to make a plug in the tub to take a bath.

The room itself wasn’t bad. The owner or front office was very friendly while checking in.

Room was supposed to be non smoking but people were smoking outside and the smoke filled the room due to the ac unit. Being an asthmatic didn’t help. Also tv didn’t work.

The location was fine and the price was fine although there was almost an argument with the staff about the definition of a child. Meaning, we booked online stating 2 adults and 1 child; this room was recommended. When we arrived, staff nearly insisted we could not have the room because our child was older than a toddler.

The property should clarify their requirements are being relayed to online customers. There are almost no accessible outlets in the room. The wifi code we were given had too many characters to fit in the field; thus, we could not access the wifi.

We liked the location of the hotel. We did like the price before we checked in.

Owners told us not to book through a site because they have to pay the site when it's used. The tub had black mold around the seal. The smell of the room was horrible. We had buy air freshener and odor eater. There was something sticky splattered all over the tc, desk, and wall. There was cob webs in numerous places on the ceiling and in the corners..the fridge was unplugged and didn't work.there was little pieces of trash on the floor and nightstand. When we asked for a remote for the TV, for the tv the owner told us he knew it was in the room even after we told him we have looked everywhere. He then told us he would be down to look and make sure before he gave us a new one. We bought 2 new comforters to sleep on because honestly the room was gross and we didn't trust the bed would be clean. If we could have left and else where we would have.
