We didn’t wake up early enough for breakfast but our room was very clean and I really inspect rooms when I stay in one as I used to deep clean houses.. I always look at every detail. I couldn’t really find anything to complain about. Bathroom was spotless, grout was clean in shower and around toilet base, knobs were polished and the linens were comfortable and the room smelled good upon entering! It isn’t fancy by any means but it’s more importantly comfortable AND clean at an affordable price. The manager on duty that checked us in was friendly and helpful. Sits just off the highway for easy access and is close enough to places to eat you don’t have to go far. The restaurant inside is a nice bonus! I was traveling alone with my daughter and felt safe here as well. They also have an area in the indoor courtyard where there’s a ping pong table and pool table. We didn’t get to play but it looked fun!🤩

The only thing lacking was an elevator and AC unit not going lower than 68. Elevator didn’t bother me as we are young and on the main floor but there was an elderly lady that had trouble getting up the stairs. The AC unit wasn’t a huge deal but would only go down to 68 and I like to freeze to death when I sleep 😅 I put it on fan mode instead and slept comfortably! If I’m being picky that’s all I can say!

I asked for a handicap assessable room and the staff outdid themselves getting the room I needed! The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The access to get into the facility closest to our room was blocked by equipment and building materials since there was a remodel going on. There didn’t seem to be an automatic door at the front entrance so it was difficult getting my husband in his wheelchair in plus our luggage.

At the middle exit, There needs to be a ADA ramp to the sidewalk and parking spot. It would help access if you stayed in the rooms at the end of the long hallway.

Didn’t eat the breakfast. Very friendly staff and a clean room. Have stayed here several times and it has always been nice.

Tv kept shutting off. Made it a pain to watch anything.

Location was good, close to shopping & service station, rooms were very clean, quiet .

Breakfast could have been better, pastries were small and dry, no creamer for the coffee.

Room was decent. Staff were helpful and kind.

Pool and hot tub were kinda gross. Pulled clumps of hair out while swimming with my kids.

Loved the newer mirrors in bathroom. There's mini golf also arcade games and a nice warm pool. Yes I'd stay there again.

The pool didn’t seem sanitary. The water was green and had a weird smell.

Customer service was great! Location was very easy to get to, rooms were clean and very pet friendly. Did not have the breakfast so cannot comment on that.

The hotel was in a good location and the room was clean. The staff was mostly friendly. Our room was in a convenient spot. The parking was convenient.

The on site restaurant did not have a menu in the guest guide. The bathtub in our room needed to be cleaned out before I could use it as there was dirt on the floor.
