Peaceful surroundings, very close to C9 surf beach which is about a 5-min trike ride, excellent breakfast menu with DeLonghi coffee machine for guests to use at their hearts’ content, constant supply of water jugs, attentive daily housekeeping, strong WI-FI for remote workers, responsive staff, prompt shuttle service from airport & back that could comfortably carry board bags, outdoor water faucet to wash our feet/surfboard prior to going in the room, powerful AC in the room & generator quickly kicked in when power briefly went out in the island, hotel is close to many ATMs, spacious parking lot, love the high ceiling design in the room, small refrigerator, drying clothes rack in the patio & available umbrellas
Hot water doesn’t stay hot for very long, there’s a bit of a musty smell in the bathroom, no safety box to keep valuables in the room, not fond of the open shelf storage space, could use a 2nd clothes drying rack in the patio

It’s a great place to stay. Convenient location between the town and Cloud 9. Very comfy bed and nice room in general. Breakfast is a la carte and there are many choices. Staff very nice and helpful.
Breakfast starts at 7:30 which is slightly late if you join the day trips. WiFi was ok but I had to do some video calls for work and that didn’t go well. Had to use mobile data.

We had a fantastic stay at Bahandi Resort. The design of the resort, with its rainforest-style huts, created a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. Our hut was clean and comfortable, and the entire place felt well-maintained. The location was perfect: just a few minutes’ walk from the town center, where we enjoyed bars, restaurants, and live music, yet far enough to experience peace and quiet. It was also centrally located for exploring the area and close to a great spot for learning to surf. Jay, the receptionist, was incredibly helpful, always ensuring we were comfortable and providing great recommendations. Renting a motorbike through the resort was very convenient. Every morning, we enjoyed a delicious à la carte breakfast, which added a touch of luxury to our stay. The staff made us feel welcome throughout, and the swimming pool was a great bonus. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

I had the pleasure of staying at Bahandi Hotel and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the property manager, Veronica, is the heart and soul of this place. She is absolutely incredible, always greeting guests with a smile that never fades, and going above and beyond to ensure that every detail is perfect. Veronica takes care of everyone, making sure all guests feel at home and well taken care of. The hotel simply wouldn’t be the same without her! As for the property itself, Bahandi is super cute and well-maintained, with beautifully designed rooms that are perfect for relaxation. Though it may be a bit pricey for a solo traveler, the comfort and quality of the rooms make it well worth it. The location is also ideal, with easy access to everything Siargao has to offer. If you’re looking for a stay that combines great hospitality and a relaxing atmosphere, I highly recommend Bahandi Hotel.
All was perfect just a little pricy if you travel alone

Execellent breakfast included in room price. The auto coffee machine produced superb coffee & there was also tea & instant coffee available. Thoroughly enjoyed the food & the ambiance of the setting. The room was well appointed & had good TV coverage. Above all, the Bahandi staff were all competent & helpful. The manager Veronica was especially helpful when I had to extend my stay due to the closure of the airport on the day of my intended departure. Veronica kept me informed of the status of the airport which was reassuring. Definitely stay at Bahandi on my next visit.
I can't think of anything, I enjoyed my stay (apart from the airport closure).

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They helped us with everything we asked them for. It was very convenient that they also had scooter rental. Our room was clean and so far it was the only accommodation in the Philippines that didn't have ants.
The breakfast is rather plain and not that tasty. The pool could be cleaner. There was dirt on the floor tiles and in the evening time it was a frog gathering spot.

Bahandi Hotel was the best vacation hotel we've ever booked in. It is perfectly located smack in the middle of the Tourism Road accessible to the Catangnan Bridge and main strip of the tourist spots, aside from it's own private beach across the street. My wife and I loved the paradise ambience of Bahandi's facade. The room is superbly beautiful, comfortable and cozy where everything in it seemed brand new. While it is still under development, we can tell that it will be the hotel to go to in Siargao in the future considering its location as mentioned, its affordable price, free breakfast, free internet, and more. Bahandi Hotel's staff is also one of its pros. They were very courteous, respectful, accommodating, welcoming and very hospitable. Kudos to the Manager, James, as well. He is well above the level of all that was described to the staff. He raised the bar in making sure that our stay was the most pleasant ever. To say the least, my wife and I felt like VIPs during our stay there. I have given all my friends a heads up and recommend Bahandi Hotel. Needless to say, we found a home away from home at the Bahandi Hotel. We're looking forward to book there again. I highly recommend Bahandi Hotel.
What I didn't like was the short stay we booked there. It would have been better if we stayed no less than 7 days.

Amazing and clean room with eye for details; great quality towels, daily room cleaning, some free snacks and drinks, bathrobes, screen door for insects, good bed, good airconditioning and wifi, good shower,.. In the center of General Luna but not noisy at all Pool gets cleaned every day Not too much staff and all my requests were met <3
I didn’t like the pillows so much in contrast to other hotels. Could be just me, idk.. Breakfast a bit limited, little portion/ and quality just OK, I went outside for better breakfast..

We stayed at Bahandi hotel one week and we couldn't have picked a better place. James (the manager) helped meet all our needs from renting a scooter, organizing transport from the airport, being always available on WhatsApp in case of some questions and so much more. The hotel is located in quiet area but still close to everything. There are several choices for breakfast (pancakes were our favorite). Highly recommended!
The internet was quite weak in our room as we were a bit further from the source but James promised to fix this so I believe this problem is already solved while reading this comment.

The room itself is really good. Spacious and very clean, AC and ceiling fan, the bathroom is modern style. You have a water container with drinkable water, that is possible to refill your bottles as much times as you need. The property doesn’t have a real front desk, but you just text James, the manager, and he will be there really quick if needed. They also provided a motorbike rental during our stay for a vary fair price. The location of the property is halfway between cloud 9 area and the main avenue of General Luna, where most of the restaurants, pubs and shops are found, so it takes a bike or tricycle to move to this locations, but it can be an advantage if you look for a quiet place to stay. It is not beach front, you have to cross the street to get to the ocean.
Not that it wasn’t good, it is, but I would add more variety to the breakfast. Fruit for example.
