I loved the room – it was very clean and well-organized. The hotel’s location directly across from Hogupo Station provides convenient transportation access to Songdo, Incheon, and other nearby areas.

The air conditioner was fixed at 25°C and cannot be adjusted using the control panel. Additionally, the shower is positioned very close to the wall, making it awkward to use without hitting my head. It's angled toward the wall, and adjusting it was NOT possible. I also noticed some cleanliness concerns. The elevator and reception area couches didn’t appear to be regularly cleaned. Some candies had fallen in the elevator and remained there until I checked out. The laundry area on the ground floor lacks clear instructions for use, as does the process for renting a flat iron. When I asked the staff for guidance, they struggled to explain the procedures in English.

Good value for the offer. In a relatively quiet neighbourhood, with a park to walk around, but directly opposite the suburban train station 'Hogupo' (very quiet). The area has loads of places to eat around the hotel, so arriving late won't mean skipping a meal. About an hour from Incheon Airport using bus 303, and a one stop change on the train line (a couple of dollars/pounds/euros) - you should have cash though as foreign credit cards didn't work on the bus, though a taxi could be an option (with a airport toll supplement). Use the Naver map app to help you navigate there Rooms are comfortable, and the ground floor internal cafe is relaxing, and cheap. Some extraordinary low prices through the online booking apps mid week.

It's still 1hr45 from Seoul on the sub-urban (stopping) train, so it's good as a first night or last night option, when flying in, unless Seoul isn't your primary concern. I don't think the swimming pool is used much, but it looks good in the aerial photos.

Clean comfy bed, nice unexpected toiletry set and mini fridge stocked with a couple of apple juice cans and water bottles, coffee and tea to use with the electric kettle. Location was good. We didn’t end up using the Hogupo metro but it’s right across. Shower had huge rain shower head and hand held head; it’s a modern upgrade space that’s really enjoyable - but you do usually end up with water on the floor by the toilet too since the half glass doesn’t stop the water from splashing out. Rooftop space was beautiful; too bad they don’t maintain a heated pool up there to be used year round. It’s such a cute space with ability to use little grills but no one was up manning the rooftop bar.

We used the button to indicate we wanted them to make up the room one day and it wasn’t done. But good service when it was done. Elevator could be slow but it could just be because our large group was often on the same time schedule.

Good location. Close to many restaurants, Next to supermarket, Daiso and just across metro station. Room small but comfortable. Welcome drinks in fridge, kettle available in the room. Creams and Shampoos available and Silent hotel. To have the room cleaned you need to request at the reception. We should definitely stay again.

- Receptionists don’t speak English so we can’t get any tip. - cooking plate didn’t work or we didn’t know how to use and no one to explain. - We were in two and just one could connect WiFi, it was like the cellphone didn’t recognize the WiFi. - Shower is half divided by glass from the toilet so floor can be wet

Everything about the hotel was amazing. The room was spacious and the bathroom clean and well equipped. I really enjoyed everything about the hotel. I was so scared being in a foreign country for the first time, but everyone there was so nice, friendly and helpful.

As it was summer, there was a thick duvet on the bed. It would have been nice if the top bedding was lighter. But it wasn't a problem as I just removed the inner duvet from the cover and slept under that.

The room was amazing with everything you could need. Nice view too. Staff very friendly Right next to the Metro and lots of shops and food places around.

Its a shame that the rooftop with bar and pool are abandoned. Im sure you could make a very very nice place up there and hope that they are planning to do it.

The metro station is right in front of the hotel, and there is also restaurants on the same street. Our room are small, but if you do not plan to stay inside for the whole day, it is perfectly fine. The shower is great, too.

quality bed complete toiletries, good location. stores,restaurants and train station nearby. have coffe shop and convenience store at ground floor. cheap price nice staff. very easy to talk to

corridor smell sound proof. not enough to block the sound of banging doors outside. other than that its quiet.

It exceeded my expectations. Across from subway station, clean, many amentities and great staff. I slept well,the mattress is to my liking. Great view of the park and city.

I wish they had smoking available inside. I vape so it doesn't leave a bad smell but honestly everything else I LOVED. If I m in Incheon again I want to come back

Loved the Dailey cleaning snd supplies. Also the Guest relations woman Lee . Everyday helped with train, busses and logistics. Central to bysez and train lines.. great location

The carpets need to be cleaned or replaced as the bedding, bathrooms are so modern etc are so wellcoming
