Let's start off with the Staff OMG TO The Supervisor goes above and beyond, and when I say above and beyond they do I'm from New York City, And the treatment is Awesome, Now there rooms, they have a Variety of rooms the Big one is better, Don't know the name of it But say Family ROOM, That room has space for up to 5 people. But if your looking for a hotel from a Queens Chick look no, we're Else. This is the ONLY HOTEL YOU WANT TO STAY IN AND ITS RIGHT NEXT TO DISNEY WORLD YOU GET IT ALL... ALSO, NO ONE CANN GET ON YOUR FLOOR IF THEY ARE NOT STAYING THERE PERIOD. SAFETY IS TOP TIER

Beautiful hotel, very good price for how nice it is bathroom/shower is amazing and everything is really clean. Staff is kind. I didn't try these, but they offer convenient services like shuttlebuses from the airport and car rentals and free parking. There is a emart24 inside the hotel. Checkin and checkout was very quick and easy lost my copy of my passport, and the staff scanned a copy for me.

Location is very far from any station, 40 minute walk to the closest subway. If you are renting a car then there really are no issues with this hotel.

The hotel was close to the Gimpo international airport, and the staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. They have also a shuttle service to and from the airport.

The shower room is a bit dirty as you can see on the pictures I uploaded.

Nice, cozy room with a nice view. However, it was really tiny. Premium outlet right next to the Hotel.

The room was way too small, and the breakfast was terrible. The swimming was overcrowded, and the limited time made it unconvinient.

Everything was good, I encourage travelers to try it, the will enjoy their stay.

Suddenly the hotel was crowded with lots of guests, so it was a bit difficult to use the elevator especially early morning, also the restaurant for breakfast was too busy no place to sit.

It’s a little bit far from the touristy areas but perfect if you want to be immersed in the culture
