It’s right across from the airport and is well within walking distance. It was extremely convenient for me since I had to be at the airport by 0500. The hotel is inside of a shopping center, so it’s nice to be able to go down to the ground floor and eat a decent meal or get your hair styled. This doesn’t really matter, but there’s a man who opens the elevator doors for you — he was extremely handsome. 😊

Conveniently placed for a transfer from international to domestic terminals. This hotel is placed inside the shopping centre which tunnels in from the subway. Have stayed here both times on my South Korea trips when doing overnight transfers as it’s just so easy to get in and out with our suitcases. Stay was clean and comfortable. Also appreciated the crisp clear big tv with streaming services. The standard room and bathroom was spacious enough to be quite comfortable too. Bed and pillows were comfortable, no problems there.

As we arrived past 10pm to the hotel, all the restaurants and supermarkets were closed so we couldn’t get any food. There was a little convenient store just opposite the checkin counters which got us through the night with some emergency food. ( instant noodles and some sandwiches, whatever was left at end of day)

This is a very nice hotel ideally located between the domestic and international Gimpo airport. It also has underground connections to them (only open during certain times like 5 am - 11 pm etc.) or you can simply walk above ground, or via taxi. The rooms are also nice and spacious, with easy to use infotainment consoles near the beds. Water bottles were also provided inside the room. 711 is built into the hotel.

Unfortunately, we had to book this place last minute as Gimpo airport is not 24/7 (despite being an international airport) and does not have hotels/lounging inside the airport. We only had about 4 hours layover so for the price we paid it was not ideal. The staff was very friendly but did not speak English too well and that caused a little confusion when trying to leave for the airport prior to the underground connections being open (before 5 am). We were also not able to get use out of the breakfast that came with our booking since it didn't start till 6 am and our flight left around that time. Toothpaste and toothbrush was not provided and you had to purchase from 711 that is inside the hotel. Not a big deal for me but for the price I would expect that commodity.

Ideal location if arriving at Gimpo airport or taking the train from Incheon. Follow the signs INTO the LOTTE Mall. Entrance is inside the mall although it is possible to walk from the International terminal above ground also. We used the hotel as our base for sightseeing and were a bit anxious it might be too far out. We needn't have worried, with direct connections to the airport railroad and the regular metro system, it made a great base. If you have time, there is a modern aviation museum within walking distance and a great local food court on the top floor of the domestic terminal (with viewing terrace). Our airport view room was superb. Almost like being in the control tower.

No evening restaurant/bar in the hotel. Plenty of eating places in the mall but note that they close at 10pm (last orders would probably be around 9 for sit-in). Supermarket in the mall is open till 11pm. Just ask mall security for access (bring your room key).

This was one of the coolest places I've ever stayed. Even though the location at Gimpo airport is actually quite far from most of the busier parts of Seoul, the suite was immaculately clean with an incredible view of the airport, and taking the elevator straight down into an enormous shopping mall that was open quite late was really a unique experience. Also walking through the mall to the domestic terminal at 5am for a 6.30am flight, having just woken up and not having to stress about how to get to the airport, was such a HUGE relief and made our next day in Jeju that much easier. I certainly hope to stay here again in the future, even if just for a shopping trip.

This hotel is, if not the best, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in Korea. Location was premium there is a connecting path from the subway airport and hotel, the hotel is inside a shopping mall which is very convenient if you want to eat shop and there is even a supermarket in that mall. I asked for a quiet room, and they gave me not only a quiet one but also a small upgrade room for free. Staff spoke very good English and was more than helpful. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean and cozy. I will definitely stay in lotte City Gimpo again.

The only thing I can think of is that they don't provide toothpaste and toothbrushes for the guests, no shaving kit or haircap, coffee or tea,, things like that.

We chose Lotte City Hotel because of its accessibility to Gimpo Airport for our early morning flight out to Jeju Island - roughly around $185 for the night which is as expected for the higher end hotel and I didn't want the hassle of rushing around if we stayed further away. We had a very spacious superior room with airport view, big bathroom and comfortable bed. We encountered very helpful staff and enjoyed the buffet breakfast which was very reasonably priced considering the vast selection of food available - a variety of breads, freshly made omelettes, a number of standard Korean side dishes, sausages and cereals. The airport was a short walk from the hotel and can be accessed at the lower level through the Lotte Mall and on reception floor there is a convenience store.

We stayed here for just one night because we had an early morning flight from Gimpo Airport the next morning so our expectations were pretty basic. I'm happy to say this hotel exceeded those and turned out to be extremely comfortable. The room was large and spacious and had possibly the largest TV screen I've ever seen in a hotel room. There's a 24-hours convenience store on the ground floor which was great and a hot and cold water + ice dispenser on every floor. The hotel is also connected to the Lotte Gimpo Mall and has an underground tunnel that takes you directly to Gimpo Airport (10 min walk) which was all fantastic.

I can't think of any reason why someone would stay here other than wanting to be close to the airport, I don't feel like there's much to do around here but that might just be because we didn't have much of a chance to explore...

Room was big, the bed was very comfortable and TV was a large size. Huge bath tub. Staff were professional and spoke good English. Good location in the mall and on the Arex all stop train. There is also a nice park around the hotel with a dancing fountain.

There were no toiletries. No coffee machine, just a kettle. No ceramic mug, just paper cups. You can ask reception for ceramic mugs though.

My 93 yo mom and I overnighted after a 15 hour flight into Incheon Airport. Early the next morning, we flew out to Jeju via Gimpo Airport. This hotel was so convenient and comfortable. The staff was polite, efficient and welcoming. The room was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortably firm and the comforters were like big fluffy clouds. At 6 am, we went down to G/F and were greeted by a young man (the security guard) who patiently walked us to the airport terminal connection that goes through the shopping mall. What a great design! When the mall is closed, hotel guests can still walk through to the airport. It must be very secure because many of the shops don’t even have a front door. As you walk through the closed mall, you can actually touch rows of socks and other products on display! There is a Wowpass machine in the Lobby too.
