Location is not bad. Not far from the subway and plenty of eateries around

We got this place for the pool for our family. Nowhere on the website does it mention that it's an adults only pool and has an entry fee. This was disappointing as that was the biggest reason we reserved the place.

Location was great. Plenty of shops and eating options. Korean BBQ, Frank Burgers across the road amazing. Breakfast at hotel is basic but $13 aud. No cappuccinos though or buffet. I would have liked more choices of breakfast food. Rooms were all different decor, I really liked the ones I saw as my sister stayed as well. Spacious, a lot with marble, wooden, large oval bathtubs. Bed comfortable, pillows awful, toilet the automatic state of the art, 2 bottles of water daily but you could get more in a down stairs fridge. Washing and dryer machines available along with a microwave and free tea and coffee. Hotel is boutique size. You have to pay extra to use the pool which I didn't realise until we were told. Its $32 aud per day. Has a spa. Usually pool use is included in room price but SRs is optional addition. Has a restaurant which I didn't use. Small lounge area. TV has a few English speaking channels on. I would have liked Netflix included. Has built in international power points which was great for phone charging without an adaptor. Two nice bathrobes in room CONS no English speaking receptionist CONS No wardrobe just coathangers off a wall that I could barely reach , no shelving in my particular room. Other rooms I think had more storage . The price was good for South Korea though for the location. I do recommend.

The bed was big and comfy and the shower was also really nice. The room I had was also very spacious and definitely value for money. The location is also perfect for if you need to go to Gimpo Airport. There are many good restaurants in the area and a great connection to Line 5. I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but it looked like great value for money.

I wish I could have adjusted the room temperature more, even when I tried, the room stayed hotter than I was comfortable with. And when I left the room, it would reset to heat to a hotter temperature again.

The breakfast was not the best. We stayed at the hotel twice and did not get the breakfast for the second stay. But everything else was amazing, clean, great staff, so helpful, lovely pool. Would come again!

Breakfast. I thought there would be more options, and the plated breakfast was a little odd (eggs and salad). But it wasn't bad, just wouldn't do it again.

Room was very comfortable and staff was very friendly. Room was cleaning every day. Room included free little fitness, business zone and guest zone with comfortable armchairs.

For access to roof swimming pool you should pay a fee, but it doesn't say anywhere and existing swimming pool it was a reason why I booked this hotel.

Excellent hotel with extremely friendly staff. Everyone did their best to make our stay comfortable. clean and fragrant. good breakfast and great location. I recommend this hotel to everyone

Really modern, comfortable and spacious rooms/facilities. The staff were extremely kind and helpful.

The room lighting switch was really confusing and therefore, half the time we were there we couldn’t turn the bathroom lights on. This was partially our fault but also, there are no switches in the bathroom area themselves so it’s quite hard to control and figure out how it works.

The room is large than most with nice bathroom and bed. The roof top pool and deck is really amazing and above all the other buildings. Food is all around with lots of variety. The hotel is easy to access by train/metro from the Airport for 1500Won. The metro line 5 brings you easily to nice places to visit including museum, gardens, markets, the Seoul Tower. You can stroll in the botanic gardens righr behind. For those that like peace, you can have the rear rooms that are ultra silent.

The lighting system is not intuitive. The power plugs are not all universal (only at the desk)

We stayed in the terrace sweet and it was so fun! It was so nice having all of that room to ourselves as well as an outdoor area. The rooftop area is also stunning and it gives you a 360 view of the city. We loved our stay! :)

I think that the room could have been a little cleaner considering that it was one of the nicest rooms in the hotel. Still a beautiful room! I also found it super weird that this hotel charges you to use the rooftop pool. lol. (50,000 won for two people) Very strange that a hotel would charge you to use its facilities that you pay for when you pay a nightly fee. They should just raise the price of the hotel! It’s a very nice hotel!

The Breakfast was very good. The location is excellent. The front desk members was fantastics service.
