I had a fantastic experience at this newly hotel. The property is impressively modern, and everything feels fresh and well-maintained. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Whether it was check-in, local recommendations, or assistance with transport, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The location is unbeatable—right at Magok Square with direct access to both the AREX and Metro lines, making it incredibly easy to get around Seoul and to the airport. There are also plenty of authentic Korean restaurants within walking distance, which made dining out a pleasure. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-connected, and hospitable place to stay in Seoul.

very nice clean new hotel close to train station

it was beginning of spring and the room was very hot....they hadn't turned on the A/C and couldn't. They told us to open the window which helped a little but it was also hot outside so no relief. If you stay in winter or summer no problem but if you are on shoulder season be ware of the climate control or rather lack of the same

Satisfactory overall, but this has been the first hotel I’ve stayed where toothbrushes are not included as one of amenities, and we had to go down to the front desk to pick up with payment. I’d expect 4-star hotels to have them, and I’d suggest the hotel reconsider the amenities - customers may need it rather than additional slippers or complimentary water bottles. Other than that, we liked fitness gym, view and location. Thanks very much!!

Nice location: near the station, lots of restaurants and a park near the hotel. Staff were polite and nice. Fast check-in and out without any hassle.

There were a table and two chairs near the window. The space wasn’t enough for a bed and a table so it wasn’t easy to sit on a chair.

Location, close to subway station, plenty of food options underneath the hotel as well as close by. Plus the area sound the hotel is secure, quiet, and lots of open spaces.

The lighting in the bathroom could be improved to be brighter. Perhaps change the color of the wall and tiles to lighter colors.

The concierge on the ground floor could not call a taxi quickly. I had to wait 20 minutes. There was a problem with communication, and it looked like the person was not prepared to execute tasks like calling a taxi.

The location was the best. It is right outside the train station halfway between the Incheon airport and Seoul station. Just one stop from Gimpo airport. There are several restaurants just outside. A mall is nearby. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent

I stayed only for one night during my short layover in Seoul between the flights, and yet very enjoyed Great big rooms, very comfortable bed. Everything is clean and well maintained. The location is perfect for those who are flying in or out from Gimpo Airport
