The hotel is well located for what I need. Close to places and let you move easily

This is not up to them as we have seen it everywhere. The bathroom place to take the shower is not closed as in Europe and you have to becareful

The views were incredible from the room, it was big and spacious and well lit. It had a superb roof top resturant with views and a spa located under the hotel. Situated on top of a small hill in a quiet part of the city. Staff were very helpful and friendly. It had a coffee house and convenience shop in the lobby, very useful. Overall it was a very smart and clean hotel

The air condition unit (only one) in the room struggled to chill the room to comfortable temperature. (I stayed at peak summer) and the TOG thickness of the duvet was too thick for summer.

The hotel is in a lovely location although a bit of a distance from central Seoul. Across the water from the hotel is Haneul (Sky) park and another small park is between the hotel and river. My hotel window had unobstructed views over the Han River, which was fabulous. It is also near the airport express bus stop. The room was comfortable, the staff friendly. The only real downside was that it wasn't particularly soundproof.

nice staff and modern

very clean and well kept hotel. it has everything you need - you are guaranteed comfort and cleanliness. there is also a convenient store right by reception which is super useful !

the only slight downfall (which was completely out of the hotels control) was that multiple times during the night I was woken up by someone trying to enter my room. I think they had mistaken my room for theirs and I kept trying to swipe their card, making a lot of noise. I guess this comes along with being close to the elevator 😅😅. again, it has nothing to do with the hotel or the staff, it’s the other patrons of the hotel. otherwise everything else was grand.

I checked in late at night, and the receptionist could speak Japanese, so it was smooth without any stress. The room was spacious and there was an ondol. The view was wonderful with a panoramic view of Han River.

It's hard to find the way from the station.

The staff was helpful and friendly. There is a store in the Hotel where you can get drinks and food. The room was fine and very clean.

Pay extra parking fees.
