I chose the hotel for its proximity to KBS Arena as I wanted to be near to the concert venue and it definitely fits my own purpose. Very short commute to the venue (it's 2 bus stops away, and the bus stops are just a couple of mins walk away or just about 6,000 won taxi ride per way). The area is lively so it feels safe even late at night. Plenty of eateries, cafes, convenience shops and malls around so there's always something to do. I like that there's a CU downstairs like directly connected to the hotel, so it's very convenient. The room that we stayed in was comfortable enough for the two of us, everything was just perfect. i was actually expecting the bed to be uncomfortable based on some reviews i read but it is definitely unfounded. and eventhough the hotel is far from central, we still found it easy to go around (we mostly travel by bus, and it takes like 30-40 minutes to hongdae area, which is good enough)

Just for the record, these things did not really bother me, but I just wanted to let people know what to expect. 1) Breakfast is adequate enough but could have been better with more choices or alternatives from day to day basis but like i said i did not bother me because it was good enough just to fill up our stomachs for the early part of the day before we start our day. 2) the noise level could bother you if you are a light sleeper but it did not bother us at all. We were so tired from all the tours that we slept through the night anyway. and just to let you know what to expect, it's not exactly really loud noise but more like echoes from outside but it's not like loud loud. definitely not bothersome as some reviews made it out to be.

1. The welcome gift of a wine bottle per day (we had booked a suite) was unexpectedly a pleasant surprise 2. The location was within a good walking distance to the Balsan subway station, which was quite convenient. There are also quite a lot of eateries and cute cafes nearby and even a small gaming arcade and photo booth 3. They had a healthy breakfast menu which was a mix of Korean traditional and continental options. 4. When we left, the staff at the reception kindly booked a cab for us and even came downstairs to make sure we got the cab with no issues.

1) It would be nice to have food labels, for instance, Korean style soup was served for breakfast everyday, but it was a mystery what soup it was until you ask the staff. Also, allergen labels could help. 2) the breakfast menu was fixed, except for the contents of the soup - it got very boring to have the same stuff for the duration of the stay 3) all hotels I have been to (even budget hotels) provide a free shower and shaving kit in addition to soap and other toiletries, but here you have to buy a shower kit at the reception.

The hotel is conveniently located near an underground train station with connections to both Gimpo and Incheon airports. There are numerous restaurants, cafes, and bars right on the first floor (the hotel is on the 7th floor), not to mention an entire block filled with dining and nightlife options. The room was spacious. There’s a lovely park within walking distance.

The hotel is located quite far from the city center. Toiletries were not included and had to be purchased (though I believe this is required by law now), but we were informed about this in advance. The bathroom door was made of glass and was very difficult to open. There was no bath mat in the bathroom.

Breakfast was good, location was good in the sense that it was very close to a metro station, staff was nice, room was nice and clean.

It was pretty noisy outside in the evening and until early in the morning and we could hear everything from our room despite asking for a quiet room. We spent our entire days walking and sightseeing so we were so tired when we came back to the hotel we were still able to sleep but if you’re a light sleeper it might be an issue.

It is a good location for me as it is close to many places of interest for me personally. Many shops & restaurants & entertainment near by if you choose. It is not Hongdae or Myeongdong, but still a bustling place. Staff is helpful & breakfast is good. Many convenient transportation choices available.

Room is generally clean. but some out of sight parts of the room could be a bit cleaner, as it was a little dirty underneath the bed, and shower room needs a good scrubbing at the hidden places, like shower head piping and tray corners. Otherwise it was pretty good.

Location is great, three underground stations away from Gimpo airport station (aka a large shopping mall and lotte supermarket). There are a lot of restaurants around the hotel. It is so close to LG arts center (which is the main attraction for me this trip) therefore the location of this hotel is perfect for me. The room is SPACIOUS and everything was so clean! The room is well equipped, so as the bathroom.

As the hotel is surrounded by a lot of restaurants, Friday and Saturday nights can be very noisy till late night ie past 12 am.

Great location if Magok is what you’re looking for. The room and bathroom was spacious and considering it’s on the cheaper end of prices, it was great value for money. The breakfast was basic but delicious and did its job.

They charge for a shower kit, would have been nice to include some amenities like toothbrush/toothpaste etc

The place is little far(30 mins) from the main seoul area but you can cover most of places via metro so it's fine. Location is in one of the happening area. Restaurant, convience store, and metro all are nearby. Breakfast is korean type so it's up to your taste. In night whole neighbourhood is like a party area but again with less noise so you won't get disturbed. Rooms are good with all the required facilities. I went in October, feel like there might be some festival or something so price were little bit high.
