The room was brilliant and I loved the aesthetic. Additionally very close to the station.

They don’t have toothbrushes and you have to pay to get one.

Great customer service. The staff were phenomenal. Housekeeping was on point. Overall Park Hyatt is extremely clean. The bed was comfortable. The view from my room was amazing.

The property itself was perfect except for the constant banging from the street construction site. This has nothing to do with Park Hyatt Hotel because government work has to be done as per order.

the view from the room - exceptional! it wasn’t noisy at all, despite the construction happening outside. Breakfast had a good choice of food. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Peter and his team from Bell Desk were exceptional. Room service and guest service (on the phone) were always on time, they took all the requests very professionally and never forgot a thing. I cannot stress enough how the staff is doing the best, the hotel deserves good ratings solely thanks to them.

The facilities are a bit old, the elevator sometimes took longer than expected, the toilet in the room made a long loud sound after flushing, and the A/C in the room was also very loud and uncomfortable, it only faces the bed, which is not very practical.

The entire experience of this stay was wonderful. The staff were all and all the time very helpful, respectful and smiling, at any location, either behind the check-in/check-out desks, in the restaurants/bars, in the entrance foyer for managing the arrivals/departures of the guests... The rooms were considerably larger than average, very well decorated, efficiently furnished. The daily cleaning was done very well according to the standards of a 5-stars hotel. The bar (The Timber House) which could be considered as a restaurant as well was providing a great new experience. A little expensive, but the service and food/drink qualities worth the money.

The main restaurant had a very limited fix 3-5 courses menu (at least for lunch). When asked for "a la cart" menu, they told us we can select from the items on the fix menu, but at the end for 2 courses out of a 5 course meal, they charged me for the entire menu which was not nice! I did not use the breakfast during the stay, so cannot comment on it; but general perception of a ~CHF 35 (around 50'000 Korean Won) price tag for breakfast per person looks too high (even though we had higher prices in 5-start hotels somewhere else). The noise from the street during (almost all the time) was high, which is something mentioned by the hotel itself.

Great staff and loved The Timber Room and the room service was great. Great views and very clean. Incredibly kind and courteous staff from valets to check in and cleaning staff. Great ssamgyupsal restaurant around the corner and Bas Burger! Hyundai Mall and Koex across the street. Vibrant and great neighborhood

Construction out front (not the fault of the hotel), very small entrance to check in lobby which is on the 24th floor. Having to go up and then down to guest rooms but the staff gave me a card key to access room directly from lobby, which was much appreciated as I am recovering from spinal surgery and had a mobility scooter

We like the simple yet refined design, Le Labo toiletries definitely are our favourite. Great location in Gang nam centre, accessible to Coex mall and Hyundai mall, also only 1min walk to metro station.

a bit disappointed with the bedding, not as comfortable as other top tier hotels. The biggest problem was the 24/7 construction around the block, had trouble falling asleep and sometimes the noise woke us up in the middle of the night so a huge downer for light sleeper.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. Loved the room view and the facilities. Best hotel I've stayed in so far. I also really appreciate how welcoming the staff were. Most hot staff are usually cold in five star hotels so it was a nice surprise.

Having to change elevators to go out is a bit annoying but other than that very minor detail I can't complain!

The rooms are nice, with wooden floor, no carpets ! The bathroom is really nice

I had asked for city views, but it was sooooo noisy (no double glazing) that I didn’t sleep at all the first night ! They kindly change me for the remaining nights, and I did sleep well. Take earplugs any way if like me you are a bit sensitive to noise. I could gladly have used a plaid on the lounging chair

The room is big and new and clean. The service is superb. The underground station is right in front of the hotel.

You have to transit at the lobby before you go to the room. The gym’s shower is not available for the guests. I ran the treadmill and have to go back to the room to change for swimsuit and go back to swim. Quite inconvenient.

Samseong subway station right in front of the hotel entrance. Very close to a few shopping centers, cafes and convenient stores. Room was spacious and with good view, a bit noisy but understandable from the floor to ceiling windows, which we were warned about. Staff at the hotel was very helpful.

Had some minor connectivity issues with streaming through WiFi. Having to change elevators to get to the rooms from the entrance was also a minor hassle.
