First time staying in Gangnam instead of the usual Myeongdong area and I have to say that the location is great! COEX Mall is very near with access to subways (Samseong and Bongeunsa stations) as well as the bus that travels directly to and from Incheon Airport. There are also bus stops that are within walking distance. Several convenience stores, coffee shops, and restaurants nearby as well. Check-in/check-out process is smooth.

The only issue I had is the size of the room as it can be tough to open several large luggage but the facilities and amenities (fast WiFi, mini ref, hair dryer, gym access, sauna access for men, luggage scale in the lobby, etc.) are great and made the whole stay comfortable and worth it.

The staff are very professional, honest and kind! My partner lost his wallet and didn't even realize it, but the reception called us and brought it back - we really appreciate the honesty! :) The location is great - in Gangnam neighborhood, which is very safe, nice and there are a few famous landmarks nearby - Starfield library, Bongeunsa Temple, Gangnam style sculpture, etc. Transport to Incheon Airport is convenient - there is a limousine bus that stops nearby and probably it is a good idea to reserve your seats beforehand. The rooms have sufficient space and are clean. We had a great experience! Thank you!

We liked everything. Maybe it would be nice if there was a breakfast buffet, but this is really not a problem, since there were so many cafes nearby.

I stayed here on the last lap of a month long stay in Korea so stepping in to the room, it was a bit disappointing compared to the other hotels I had booked. However, the location gives it top marks in my book. Firstly, the airport bus station is within walking distance so that was convenient for us when we had to carry our luggage around. The station is within Coex Mall, which made this stay very enjoyable. We spent so much time at the mall, just hanging out, shopping and buying food. Getting to the subway station was about 15 minutes by foot if you walk through the mall, it's more pleasant than taking the longer route on the street (we discovered this through trial and error.) The main reason we chose this hotel was its proximity to Jamsil Arena, as we were there for the SUGA | Agust D D-Day Tour concert (amazing show by the way, 10/10!) I knew it was close by but was floored by how close it was! The arena was only one train stop away and we opted to walk back to the hotel after the concert, which took about 30 minutes. If you love shopping and are in Korea for a concert at Jamsil Arena, this is an ideal choice.

The room was very small; there wasn't even a desk. Yes it was a twin room but for the price I was expecting a little more. It was set up like a dorm but with no desk. It was still nice and comfortable enough to stay in.

Excellent location, walking distance to major shopping malls, close to bars and restaurants and is roughly 10 - 15 min drive to some of the main attractions Seoul has to offer. Staff were well mannered and welcoming and had no problems organising early check in options which was perfect for a tiring morning of travel. Rooms were clean with decent ammenities and the price was extremely competitive compared to other hotels.

Rooms were a little on the smaller side, but that is to be expected due to price and the overall size of Seoul hotel rooms.

Hotel location was really good, near COEX and subway lines. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Facilities are really beautiful, and breakfast had many options. Staff was always polite and helpful. Many kudos to the cleaning lady that always left clean towels and water bottles on the front of my door when I didn't ask to make up the room. Would stay here again!

Room was really small. Couldn't open a big suitcase properly, it had to stay half open on the way to the bathroom. Shower/bathtub doesn't have a separation, so the bathroom could get full of water, but just be careful and it'll be fine.

The location was amazing near by the mall and a lot of transportation options. It is a bit far from the touristy area but well connected and very safe even to come back late in the evening. The staff is very polite and always try to help and advise. It is also 5 minutes walk from the airport limousine shuttle

Nothing in particular. The room was a bit small for 2 persons with a big suitcase but also very functional and clean

Even the famous night market. - There were available simple breakfast for free! - There was a common area where you could just chill. - Owner was really hands on and made sure to have someone in the front desk at all times. - Owner was helpful in everything even the schedule of airport bus!

The bathroom was a bit small so when you shower some things may get wet, although understandable since the place is small but nonetheless, it was very clean and functional!

Location is great as it is close to restaurants and COEX Mall, subway stations, and airport bus stop. The room was bigger than I expected according to other reviews. We had a double bed (more like a queen) and a twin bed - perfect for our family of 3. Daily water bottles were appreciated and the rooms were clean.

It was winter so only the heat was on, which made the room very warm, but we were able to open the window and stay comfortable. Due to this, we did hear some noise from people on the street, but it wasn’t terrible.

Booked a premier room, while being a little on the compact side actually had everything I needed, maybe for two people it would have a been a bit on the small side but for a single occupancy it was OK, the bed was extremely comfortable and the the room & hotel was very clean. The location is also excellent as there are a lot of bars and restaurants in the side streets plus is 5 minutes walk to the coex mall which has numerous restaurants of cuisine types and the CALT airport bus service. Overall I was very pleased and will stay again next time I visit Seoul

The only thing I can think of is that access to the roof garden wasn't allowed

I had a great stay at this hotel, stayed for 8 nights with my mom. The facilities were really nice, big bathroom, with all the necessary products.The room was very clean and bright. It was also really helpful to have a laundry room and a gym at the hotel.Location is ideal, right at a metro stop with 2 different lines, next to a mall and walking distance to other bus stops as well. Very nice, clean and safe area. Would come here again.
