Location - short walk from train station and opposite Coex mall (underground). Bathroom - modern, clean, shower was great. Beds- comfy and pillows were not flat. TV - lots of local and international channels. Safe available. Auto-flush! Strong air-con/heater. Staff members were all polite, spoke great English, a delight to deal with. My kids got the junior suite. It was nice and big and has a tub. Ample space for luggages. Strong and reliable wifi. Sufficient USB charging ports for devices.

No toothbrush/paste, other vanities provided. Insufficient hooks in bathroom.

Only one restaurant. Also I wish they provide ride to coex airport bus station. We asked the staff to call us big taxi since it’s not an option on uber. When we arrived at the reception on time the taxi wasn’t there and he tried to call taxi but never came. So we (me n my sister) had to walk for 1 km with 4 big 1 small luggages. It was super hard omg. Bcus no transportation is available to go to coex bus stop. Also taxi never came. I know it’s close to Coex but it would be convenient if they had a car service with a fee.

No kettle in the room. No any possibility to get something to eat after 10pm.

Nice spacious room, room service replenish my water on daily basis. It was lovely having an empty fridge to use. The Nespresso machine was a plus. The hotel was 2 mins walk down to the underground station and 7 mins walk to Ceox shopping mall through the underground. Will recommend.

The closest food will be in Ceox, it’s quite far from most tourist attraction places but still well connected via train and bus.

The location was great! Lots of shopping was nearby and the subway and bus station were right downstairs. The room was comfy. The front desk was stocked with little treats and refreshing fruit infused water and the staff was exceptional especially the Housekeeping Manager. She was extremely accommodating and made our stay very comfortable. If you stay here don't forget to checkout the rooftop garden. The rooftop had a beautiful view of the city and the Han River. When we return to Seoul we will definitely stay here again.

The only issue we had was that the water did not drain efficiently in the shower. The shower was huge and beautiful but not all the water drained so it was slippery. I'm sure if I would have said something to the staff they would have provided a mat or something but I kept forgetting to ask. (Management, if you are wondering this was room 1506.)

Prime location, easy access to train station, COEX mall and Bongeunsa temple, nearby grocery store (lotte), and Starbucks, Olive young (that provides tax refund services at the spot) were super convenient. The lady of the front desk is super helpful and kind to help with extension of the stay and communicate with local taxi drivers. Breakfast at 21F is basic but has good value of money. View of 21F Festiva restaurant, and from the hotel room is amazing. The kid liked the bed and bed lining, we too - we liked the smaller size pillows and bed linens.

would be good to vacuum underneath the beds and vacuum more often.

We had a room on the 19th floor, the view was very nice, this is the part we liked the most. The size of the room was ok, with a small fridge. The bathroom was great and good products Davines.

The breakfast, that i paid additionaly, really does not worth it. The offer is extremely small, very basic and not premium at all. The eggs were there for quite some time... There was not even basic black tea, no vegetal milk. For 22€ I think it's really bad. And for sure i was not the only one to think that because we were only 5 people in the restaurant

1.Housekeeping is good; cleans the room everyday and provides new slippers. 2. Location is good: 1 minute walk to Bongeunsa Station (Exit 3) with escalator (for elderly/luggage). Starbucks and a 24 hr Korean restaurant, Olive Young health & beauty store, a convenience store are only a few steps away. Exit 7 brings you to Coex and lots of restaurants (most open at 11am though). The only down side is, if your itinerary is mainly in Seoul (eg.Myeongdong, Dongdaemun), then, this location is not ideal as you need to transfer to Line 9, or if you take a bus from Seoul to the hotel, it will take approximately 45-60 mins due to traffic. Taxi fares from Seoul to hotel is reasonable though at 16,000 won or less. 3. Staff can speak and understand simple English; helped to book taxi for me a couple of times.

1. The hotel restaurant only opens for breakfast and lunch, otherwise, you need to source for food somewhere else outside those timings. 2. Pillows are too soft to my liking. 3. Hotel lobby area is small, different from pictures in Booking.com

Very clean, and good levels of security and the location in Samsung-Dong, near Coex.

The location was close to some cool places I was able to find a really cool wine bar to visit and COEX mall. Had a great day touring the mall and the facilities was clean. Room was not as big as I wanted but it was good enough for me and partner. Check-in was seamless and the front desk staff was very kind.

I wish I knew restaurants closed early around the area we had to drive out or walk far for food.
