We drove and location excellent. Very comfortable suite. Parking on-site and free. Staff in food areas and housekeeping very pleasant and we enjoyed interactions.

Didn't see bellhop (advertised had one) and no offers to use luggage trolley given (we had lots of bags). Would like to see front desk staff smile and at least appear to be happy and perhaps greet guests with interest and attention. Am hoping SK continue on the path to become more of a global multi cultural city, in readiness for expo 2032. I think more training for this is needed. Some elite hotels and stores cater heavily to certain cultures. Might I suggest that , despite our unlimited funds, not all of us dress in Gucci or chanel. Less judgement please. However we will be back and do hope to see those differences/changes. Regards from Australia.

The same breakfast every day for two weeks. Also, there was a club next to the hotel; we believe they used the hotel rooms for their business, because we could hear drunk people fighting in the rooms next to ours at midnight, It was frightening, and let's not talk about the cigarette odor in the elevators....

The service and facilities provided have proven why this hotel deserves a 4-star or 5-star rating. Daily housekeeping ensured that our room was kept clean and tidy, with amenities restocked and towels changed as needed. The location was also great! You can easily travel to the Gangnam shopping district by bus, which stops right in front of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

The location and convenience to airport transit and my work location. The hotel rooms were clean and laundry services were exceptionally on time.

Where are the lights! The power sockets! I had to search for them to put my laptop and mobile phone on as some didn't work. I had to use light sockets to charge phones. It was odd because everything else felt right!

We liked the location, bed & pillows, hot shower and service. We had a vegetarian in our group and your front desk recommended Sun the Bud, a wonderful restaurant within walking distance.

One in our group was not able to turn the air-conditioning on, 24 degrees is too warm for him. We decided to order a taxi from your concierge in the end to go to Incheon Terminal 1 departing 08:30am to arrive by 10:00am. We were charged KRW 130,000 for 3 pax but was wondering if we were over-charged since our taxi from Gimpo was only KRW 50,000.

Staff at the reception are efficient but not so much friendly. It would be nice to see smiling faces and be felt welcome when I see them

The decor of the lobby and the staff treatment were the highlights, also the breakfast.

The room has design flaws, lamps that didn’t work, lamps that were only switched off by unplugging which was annoying

The hotel is a bit older, but I was pleased with the swimming pool included in the price, the possibility of a fitness center, golf trainer,massage and sauna directly in the hotel.

slightly outdated but well-maintained room with a large bathtub ; strategic location with nice neighborhood to explore; convenient personal or public transportation ; wonderful view from some of the rooms overlooking the bridge with a glimpse of the river

there is no arrival notice at the bus stop right in front of the hotel (the hotel is not responsible for that but still can do something about it).
