The location was quite good. 3-4 minutes away from a metro station, 10 mins away from COEX and Bongeunsa temple, not to far from Lotte mall & park either. Although it's not in Myongdeong, Insadeong or Hongdae, and actually at least half an hour away from these places, there are tons of really nice neighborhoods nearby, espacially if you like great shopping & brunch cafés (Apejeongrodeo) rather than going out at night. The staff was much nicer and helping than what the other comments stated, and I don't speak a word of korean. Although the room was small, it had nice amenities (coffee machine, good AC, daily bottle of water, small fridge, japanese toilets, nice hair & body products..)

The breakfast was not great (cheese fries for breakfast ?) and it has very little options for continental/european breakfast. I can't speak for Asian options as I didn't try them and they might be better. Be it savory or sweet, there were so little options !!

Very good hotel ! I was a bit hesitant at first as some fellow travellers were harsh in the comments (supposedly small room etc. - I am pretty sure they also have bigger rooms for bigger budgets) but I found the hotel quite great for my trip. The room size is indicated on Booking's website when we make the reservation so I was aware of it and it did seem bigger than other hotels I saw on there that were much more horrifying price wise. It is well thought so I did not have any issues with feeling oppressed. The window also opens to let some air in so that is always a plus for me ! The bathroom is on the smaller side but features a real shower so no need to try to master the korean art of surviving a wet bathroom and is user friendly. The bed was comfy and the blinds did provide a good sleep quality so I was happy with that. Coming from Gimpo airport was also a breeze. Side note, I am more used to japanese hotels providing a microwave for guests but there is none in this hotel.

I had to deal with a persistent buzzing noise that came from the air circulation system (I am guessing). A bit bothersome to sleep unless you have some ear plugs. I was also a bit surprised by the apparent lack of ventilation in the bathroom. It did not bother me at all while travelling in early still cool May as I could air the room with the window but not sure how it would look like in the summer time. The localisation of the hotel is also quite far from the other side of the Han river. I could enjoy the beautiful Bongeunsa and the royal tombs park nearby but even going to the national museum ate up a bit of time. Keep that in mind when planning your trip. And beware of "local" trains on the line 9 ! Make sure to wait for the express ones when travelling a long distance.

Very comfortable bed. The cleaners always cleaned the room so nicely. Always refilled the fridge with cold water.

Gym equipment didn’t work properly, but had a large variety.

Nice boutique hotel close to public transport Some reviews mention the rooms are small, tiny even. We stayed in a room w a balcony/terrace & the entrance to that room was big enough to store all of our 6 cases w no problem Also both bathroom & shower room (separate) were big as was the bedroom itself… Last: staff were very nice

Not the property as such but breakfast was a little sparse, this is minor but if you’re a big morning eater perhaps skip the hotel breakfast option & go to a nearby coffee shop.

The hotel is conveniently located, and stuffs are very nice and cooperative.

Breakfast was good. Not so much stuff to choose from but you can order stuff from the chef (for free) and his cooking is delicious.

Some staff members were not polite. No option to buy any drinks at breakfast so I brought my own Coke and the staff told me I am not allowed to do that. I told them I would happily buy from them but they don't offer anything. I argued a little bit and had my Coke at breakfast every day.

Good location: right in front of a bus stop, a few min walk from subway, as well as nearby convenience stores and olive young. Amazing room: fairly new/modern design with enough space for 2 luggages (as a solo traveller). comfy bed and AC that works well. but most importantly, bidet! Friendly staff: The staff were kind enough to help arrange transport to the airport.

This an excellent boutique hotel in Gangnam, very close to a metro station and bus stations. Walking distance to COEX. Our room was awkwardly shaped but overall very comfortable with an amazing bathroom. The breakfast is excellent as well with both Korean and Western options.

Hotel location was very good: easy to reach by metro as well as bus.However, I reached the hotel by taxi from the airport.

I wish there was a wardrobe for clothes. All my clothes were just laying around which created not a completely fortunate experience.

There's a good taste of the hotel design, yet it was a shame that some parts of the interior were covered due to the renovation. The staff were so friendly and supportive, their instruction of the shuttle bus 6703 from the hotel to Incheon airport was very helpful.
