Excellent location next to coex although my co Terence was through the north entrance. The Hyundai department store was directly opposite. The hotel was where all the eateries and massage shops were. Loads of food and shopping options with the subway station near by. Didn’t get breakfast here. But many morning options below the intercontinental by using the underground entrance outside.

Well located, comfortable. Nice decor with tatami mats. Good to be at Nara before and after the day trippers.

Staff - helpful and patient; offered suggestions to get to places of interest and restaurants etc Location - right opposite the Airport Bus terminal and COEX. Set away from massive construction that’s going on (underground train line) so it’s less chaotic (drop off by taxi etc). Room was clean; just two notes here: changed room once at check-in to a ‘scentless’ room, as initially assigned room had an overpowering room scent. And there’s just enough space to open up a medium-sized suitcase. Barely enough space to walk around it thereafter.

Wardrobe - there’s barely any wardrobe space. Hanging rod has just enough space for 3-4 pieces of clothing. No where to hang up used outerwear. A standing cloak hanger would be useful.

Location, literally on the other side of the airport shuttle bus station. So convenient. Samseong mrt and Coex shopping center are also very close. Some of the great touristy things nearby. F.ex Gangnam Style sculpture, Starfield Library, Royal tombs and temples. Olive Young for K-cosmetic fans Easy check in and out.

The only thing what surprised me was the hotel restaurant wasn't open during the weekend. No breakfast at the hotel. 7/11 right next to the hotel as well as McDonald's, Blue Bottle Coffee. No problem to survive

I travelled with my teenage son and it was convenient for him having McDs and 7-11 right next door. Room size for two is decent. Location opposite COEX and Hyundai store and not far from metro….there are lots of local food offerings behind the hotel.

Would be good to have better offerings on the coffee & tea…there was no milk for example. But that was my only comment …and this is my 5th or 6th time at that hotel (but first time in 12 months) and service is still up there!

The room attendant was a little bit rude when taking the same elevator.

This is perfect location if you are visiting Coex complex - it’s basically across the street. Perfect location for getting to/from airport as well - direct bus from ICN stops across the street at Coex stop. Hotel is modern, clean, all amenities are there. Complimentary water every day and very nice daily room makeup. Metro station is in few minutes, Hyundai department store across the street, Gangnam neighborhood very close. Center is approx 40min with metro.

For my preferences the bed was bit to small for a couple and no availability of breakfast currently was bit pitty, bit these are not really minuses.

Not many hotels offer Single Room - this hotel fulfils this niche. This was the main reason I chose Hotel Peyto. The Samseong location is great. There is a direct airport bus (6103, stop at the Grand Intercontinental). Also to get to the subway, it’s just a short walk to the Samseong station (exit 5 on Line 2). There are also lots of food choices, especially the basement food court at the Hyundai Department Store which is just across the road. The room is new and very clean. I can walk barefooted on the hardwood flooring. The layout of the room is fantastic. It’s really neat, with clean lines and amenities that are hidden from sight.

Well, I arrived around 10am and they wanted to charge me extra (I think it was ₩22000) for early check-in. Of course, this was within their rights, but I was not inclined to pay extra and negotiated for 12pm check-in. To their credit, they agreed.

One big complaint is that I assumed that they provide the free parking but it turned out that i have to pay 10000 per day for parking. And the app obviously misled me on this one, so I was a little agitated Other than this overall experience was good I made a complaint to hotel but they just said it is the policy - but nowhere to guess it from the app

Great location. Close to public transport and a big shopping center.

Room was very dark and a bit dated. I wasn’t too happy about the hairs left in the bathtub from the previous guests. Saying that, the cleaning lady was super nice and supplied me with extra water when I was recovering for surgery.
