Good location near the COEX mall and Samseong Metro Station. GS25 Mini convenience store nearby. The breakfast quality was good but the variety was the same everyday. No different main courses apart from the porridge. The noodle stall was good and full of flavour. The cleaning team was efficient and the room was thoroughly cleaned daily. I like the reassurance that there was always a spare full roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. The city wide is spectacular also, esp of the setting sun.

The room size was good but could be a bit more generous as there is no space to leave a large suitcase open. I always have to close my suitcase and put it on the floor after every use. The 2 bottle of water supplied everyday are appreciated but the water quality tended to be more 'hard water'. Also, the shower design is not great with a partially enclosed shower unit, resulting in the inevitable wet bathroom floor as the bath isnt tall enough to contain the shower stream. And the wait for the lifts can be a bit frustrating.

Overall it was a nice and comfortable stay here. The bed was comfortable.

The lobby was located at the 21st floor. There are 3 small lifts at the ground floor and you can imagine how long one needs to wait if there is a large group checking in the same time. For the room I stayed, one of the lights was faulty and the management said that they have to call the engineering company to fix the wiring, hence the light was left dangling from the ceiling. This could be avoided if the housekeeping has checked all the lightings in the rooms to ensure they are working.

The room is nice and clean. There is everything you need even an iron board provided in the room conveniently. It is also very near to the convenient stores, trade tower, and subway (with escalator). The breakfast is various and the quality of foods is gorgeous. In my case, there was a day that the water leaked from the ceiling of the bathroom; however, the hotel staff was nice ans willing to help. And they were ready to fix it right away which was very good.

Noted that a construction site is near the front of the hotel; however, somehow I did not hear anything while I close the curtain and it did not bother my sleeping. (My room was on the 9th floor and faced the construction site) (While my colleague at the 8th floor complained about the construction noise). Even if the breakfast is various but the menu did not change every day. Another note is that some hotel staffs are not perfect at english; however, they can communicate with simple words. But some are perfect and very good to help.

The room is clean and in good size and supply with all necessary amenity.

The room temperature is so hot and can't be adjusted. It keeps at 25C-26C even though setting at 18C. I can only open the window to lower down the room temperature but it is quite noisy with the window open.

Loved the location; down the street from the Starfield Coex Mall. Right outside the Samseong Station.

Village View suite was actually a “No View” Suite. Windows were frosted so only light came in. Not sure the reason, probably private as many high rises are in the area. Could’ve been advertised better.

Location is excellent, staff are friendly and helpful and amenities are good.

The housekeeping standard was different everyday and I had to give feedback 4 times about my robes being taken and not replaced. Not a massive deal but it was odd and took a little time to request new robes each day.

Value for money. Room and ammenities was superb. The location is amazing in Gangnam. There is subway station just a few seconds from the front door. COEX starfield is just a 5mins walk across the hotel so as Hyundai Premium outlet. There is a gs25 near also.

Quality of food and drinks were good. It would be even better if the breakfast could start at 6.00 am. The location is great and just a walking distance to Trade Tower and other meeting venues.

During the time I was staying, the noises from construction at the front of the hotel were quite annoying. Hard to fall asleep. Hope that the next time I visit Seoul again, the construction should be complete.

This trip was a meaningful one with precious memories as it was a family trip to our home country. The hotel was in a really good location, making it convenient to use buses or public transportation, and there were many restaurants and convenience facilities nearby. The staff were very friendly and the customer service was excellent. In particular, the concierge service was very convenient to use and they were always kind whenever we made requests. The room service provided daily in each room was also satisfactory.
