I didn’t order breakfast because I wasn’t sure where to go or how the process worked, and I didn’t ask, so that’s on me. However, I wasn’t the only one confused by the posted breakfast time and location. I heard other foreigners mentioning the same thing.

I wish I had asked more questions about the breakfast options and how to order room service. It would have been nice if the restaurant (Aurora) offered a variety of food, especially Korean dishes. It would’ve been perfect to just head downstairs, enjoy a meal, and relax without leaving the hotel.

I was worried as some previous reviews said it might not be quiet, however my room was at the end of the corridor and was super quiet. The room was cleaned well by the staff and I felt comfortable. I walked to COEX, when I was tired, which has great food options. The subway was super close as was the emart24 (convenience store)

When I was checking in the gentleman at reception stopped in the middle of talking to me in to answer the phone. So I was stood there... looking at him whilst he was on the phone... waiting to finish off being checked in, it was a little weird. Not great customer service at that time.

It should be clear that HVAC is controlled by the front desk. We suffered two hot nights fumbling with a remote control, before we called the front desk, to be told we could not control the temperature ourselves. The gap in the bathroom door could be closed with a trim. Some of the corners/surfaces could be scraped or de-scaled, but the cleanliness was not an issue.

Great location, close to bus stops and the subway station. A few convenience stores close by, as well as cafes. The staff was able to easily speak in English with us, and was pretty helpful. I'll definitely try to stay here again if I need a cheap place to sleep in the Cheongdam area. It's good enough to be able to sleep comfortably for the night.

The walls are THIN. You can hear conversations from other rooms as you walk down the hallway. And it may have been an oversight before we checked in, but we weren't provided with shower products the first night. They did magically appear after our room was cleaned the first day, though.

Liked the place, near by COEX exhibitions hall, 15m walking or 2-3min bus, very close to bus station, nearby supermarkets and Starbucks, Calm and quiet,

The shoud put English translation on AC remote control, the rooms and bathroom is very small, They dont have water bidet.

staff is very helpful. location is excellent

heater/ AC unit very old and loud. staff brought up a space heater which remedied the situation

This hotel truly exceeded expectations. Its excellent location, coupled with impeccably clean rooms and daily fresh towels, made for a comfortable stay. Without a doubt, I will book this hotel again on my next visit to Seoul.

Unfortunately I was exhausted so I couldn't try the breakfast option the hotel has, but overall everything was perfect. It was my 3rd time staying at the hotel, and the staff let me check in earlier. This changed the entire stay from good to perfect! Small details like this is what differentiates a good hotel from a great hotel.

Nothing to add to be honest.

Location was great, walkable distance to coex convention centre. The staff were amazing and went out of the way to help me with anything I requested for. They were very polite and courteous and extremely helpful.

I liked everything.

Every day, the staff would ask me if they could clean the room and they would leave it sparkling. At the front desk, it would take them 2 minutes to get me a taxi, extremely efficient. They also guided me whenever I had to go anywhere by foot/subway, so I am very thankful to them.

Honestly, I cannot say anything I didn't like.
