Everything is perfect I added kakaotalk of the owner and he is really helpful. The room is a little bit old, but very clean and cozy. You can find every thing you want in the room. I have used the kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer. I even found salt in the closet. As other comments said, the bed is really comfortable. Location is also perfect. There is department store and many restaurants nearby. Also the airport bus is 5 min away from the apartment.

Size of the room. I went alone so I felt the size was enough for me. But if you have two persons, the room may be little bit small.

The host was there at the building and helped us check in. Otherwise - I think this is one of the best, if not the best place to stay in Gangnam/Southern Seoul. Conveniently located next to Starfield and one of the main metro stations, it's such a great value for money. It was near the end of our 10 days in Korea so we took advantage of the washing machine as well to wash some of our clothing. Very comfy bed as well.

Nothing to dislike - it was a great place to stay.

The room was really nice and had much more than we expected. Kitchen, washing machine, fridge and a computer as well. Host was very responsive via booking.com messaging, and gave clear instructions for the property. The room was very well thought out, and there were nice little touches that made it convenient, such as indoor slippers, a bidet, and useful kitchen utensils.

One thing to know, this location is not a hotel, it's more like an airbnb situation. There's no personell on site to help you with questions or provide typical hotel services. All communication is online via the host. This was not an issue for us because we are korean speakers and are familiar navigating around Seoul, but it may be an issue for travelers who need hotel-style hospitality services to get around.

Stayed 9nights at this studio. Ntg to complain about, room is spacious for 3. Location is great, I feel safe most nights coming back at 10plus. Near 2 metro stations, covenience stalls CU, ministop. Lots of f&b, cafe and restaurants within mins walk. Mr Kim is very helpful and responsive. Don't expect cleaning during your stay, this is more a serviced apartment.

We are looking forward to returning to the Khan Residence next year. We stayed for 27 days at the Khan Residence and enjoyed the long stay. The location has easy access to the Samseong Subway Station and buses. There are many affordable restaurants in the basement of the building and around the block. I enjoyed the Food Cafe that was close by, as they had a variety of delicious, authentic Korean dishes. There is a supermarket about a 12 to 15-minute walk up the street or at the Hyundai Store - Coex mall. Pharmacies are also close by. There are also 2 convenience stores in the building. I would recommend requesting some Swiffer floor dusters to do a quick dust clean-up as some areas of our unit were not cleaned. We were given a code to get into the unit via booking.com. Please note that you have to touch the keypad for it to light up inorder to punch in your 4 digit code. Also when you enter your 4 digit code type * after the 4 digits for the door to open, and when you exit the door, type # to lock the door. There was a problem with the bathroom door in that the rubber gasket/seal at the bottom of the door needed to be replaced. It meant that if you did not roll up and put a large towel at the bottom of the door, the bathroom floor would become completely wet, leading to a buildup of mold and a slippery surface. Communication to the manager was done through the booking.com menu. The responder was very helpful and was able to respond quickly to our requests for toilet paper or how to heat the unit. It would have been nice if the responder could use a name so that we knew who we were communicating with and that I could thank the person directly. The building and area is very clean, safe and has lots to offer for tourists like us. This is our first trip to Seoul and after having travelled around to other parts of the city, I cannot think of a better location and building to stay at. :) Michael :)

The apartment has pretty much everything you need for a simple long stay. Basic kitchenette, washing machine, dryer, ample toilet paper, toiletries and towels. Staff are often responsive and helpful. The apartment is warm during winter even without heating.

The topper they use on the mattress for the queen bed was very bad for my back. Ended up having to remove it, then had to figure out where to put it, considering the limited space in the room. The initial instructions they give you via chat are in somewhat broken English and may be difficult to understand. Consider learning Korean! It'll be fun!

The location was perfect and just a walk away to the department store! Definitely large enough for two people to stay at. Also easy to get to the airport using the airport limousine.

If you are travelling to the North side of the river, (i.e. Hongdae) keep in mind that the nearest train has to circle around, so it takes a while!

I had a nice, pleasant room here at Khan Residence. For the location (Gangnam-gu) the price is much cheaper than neighbouring competitors (which can run at over 300 aud per night easily). I found that this was a good location to get my bearings for my stay in Korea. Room was clean, and includes a washing machine and dryer for clothes (which you can reliably use google translate to use, if you don't speak Korean).

To be clear, this is not the hotel's fault. I'm not Korean, so I didn't realize that you had to sort of drag your hand over the door lock to get the numbers to come up. Just a notice for anyone unfamiliar with them! It took a second for me to understand how to get in haha

Located in one of the ?mixed-buildings - half residential half commercial type, very easy check-in with perfect communication to the hosts (via digital lock access). Convenience shops within same building, upscale supermarket just across the road, Metro access just a bit further, near to major attraction points (Gangnam style statue, Bongeunsa temple, COEX mall and Starfield library) - easy to explore the wider Gangnam area based from this unit. Unit comes with washer, microwave oven, stove, TV, superb powerful warm shower - all you need as a tourist in Seoul.

Dragging luggages across tar road and uneven surfaces from the nearby Metro (Samseong station) can be a tad challenging for tired souls, but otherwise there's very little to not like of this unit.

The apartment has everything even a toilet with bidet so I have no complaint. The house owner is very responsive and helpful. The location can never be better. 1 minute walk to bus stand, 5 minute walk to the subway, 10 minute walk to City Airport Terminal (that will only cost about 8,000KRW by KakaoTaxi). The walks are mostly flat. If you've been to Seoul, you know how the steep the streets can be. There are 2 convenient stores and 1 Ediya Coffee right down stairs. 1 minute walk to Olive Young.

There are practically nothing to do in this area except shopping at the Hyundai Departmental Store and see the Starfield COEX but that's not really an issue for me. Everything else can be done just a few subway stations away.
