The room was large, quiet, clean and the beds were so comfortable. The staff were incredible! From the concierge, to reception and housekeeping! Everyone we encountered went above and beyond any expectations! A special shout out to Summer who completely went out of her way to help us get baseball tickets and to the Moroccan born housekeeper (so sorry we forget her name) who made us feel like we were at home! The hotel is situated in a shopping mall which has so many options for delicious food and great shopping as well as other entertainment like movies and aquarium! It’s also well connected to the metro line and everything is very well signed so makes it really easy to get around! There is also a gorgeous bakery attached to the hotel with delicious pastries.

For first timers in Seoul, we felt it was a little far away from the ‘main attractions’ each trip was about 40 mins by taxi or metro, but still happy we stayed there as we wouldn’t have otherwise explored that area.

We booked Oakwood Premier Coex as we wanted to try living in a space with a more home-like experience compared to a hotel. From the outset, when we arrived at the accommodation, the porters were ready to give us a hand with the luggage. The check-in experience was done smoothly with everything well-explained. The two bedroom apartment we booked was spacious, we really liked the living room and kitchen area as there was plenty of space to put or luggage or shopping bags when packing. We really appreciated the daily housekeeping service as I know some serviced apartments overseas do it at extra charge or only once every few days. Dishwashing liquid, bathroom amenities like body wash and shampoo were provided. Some free tea bags and coffee were provided too. What we really enjoyed the most about Oakwood was its convenience and connections to malls via an underground walkway. Within the building itself, Oakwood offers a few restaurants, a spa and casino. A little plus point was that the ensuite bathroom had a Japanese toilet with the bidet and all the works! The air-conditioning system was really great too.

While everything was clean, the furnishings in our room could do with an upgrade to a more modern interior design style. I understand that it can be costly for the company but I believe it will be a great investment if Oakwood wants to succeed and retain their customers in the long run. Moreover the ensuite bathroom had poor ventilation as there was a constant cigarette smell.

I had a mix feelings when I firstly arrived at the hotel. The checked-in was quick. And the room was comfortable. I got all i needed for my 5 days stayed. Washing machine and dryer, iron and iron board, fridge, air fryer, and even microwave. Location is near to anything and everything that you could wish for. The COEX is just next door. We found halal food easily around here. Taxi access was also very good. If you need to book taxi in advance, the concierge team was there to help me booked a large SUV to airport at no cost. During my last day, I requested for late check out at the front desk. I was basically prepared to pay up to 50% of the price considering that our flight out was at 8pm and we planned to leave the hotel by 4pm. Having a small baby would not be convinience for us to roam around and we decided to stay at the hotel. The front desk has granted my late check out till 4 pm without any additional charges. Kudos for the services!I love to come back soon!

It is very convenience location. Right in the basement floor, there is shopping mall and it is interconnect with the Coex Starfield Mall, Hyundai Department store, the Grand Intercontinental as well as the Parnas and Casino. The hotel doesn’t give you the 5* vibe as it was style as apartment/suite. My family got upgrade from 2 bedrooms suite to 3 bedroom suites. The space was amazing. Everything is meticulously details and cleaned.

Loved the location. Its conveniently located in Kangnam. There is a whole shopping area underneath the hotel and subway lines are there as well. Service at the hotel is top class. The workers are professional, prompt, clean, and friendly. I think all hotels should learn from Oakwood.

Little bit outdated bathroom and bedroom.

The studio-apartment has really everything you need for a long weekend stay (or more). Fully equipped kitchen and even laundry machine. Excellent location as well. Small nice detail: about two years ago I stayed here as well and I was surprised to get a small hand-written 'welcome back' note at the check-in counter. Just a small sign they care about you.

We loved the location by the COEX mall in Gangnam. The 2 bedroom suite we stayed in was very large with a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms and living area. The tea service on the first day was a very special touch. The staff were very helpful. The spa was superb with onsen, wet and dry sauna, hot tub and pool. There is also a full gym. Great value for money.

We have stayed two weeks at the hotel. The room was a spacious and clean with a full kitchen and amenities. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Dean and Bella for accommodating and assisting me with any questions. I would highly recommend this place.

I have requested to extend our stay for one more week at the hotel. Unfortunately, the limited rooms were available and couldn't extended.

Location was great!! Really close to subway 2nd line and 9th line. There were tons of good restaurants in walking distance and underground shopping mall which was connected with the hotel. Also there were so many good & famous bakerys in walking distance. The 2 bed room apartment was really spacious and it had 2 bathrooms!! The washer/dryer was really helpful after 2 weeks of traveling in southeast asia. My family really well rested and enjoyed our stay in Oakwood Coex center.

The only complaint was the chairs. Dining room chairs and the desk chairs cushions sagged and uncomfortable.

They speak English and are very professional! You can use your Wise card to pay too Absolutely lovely. Everything included as stated on the booking. I’d honestly go back again it was next to the station everything was very convenient. Just outside there is a 24/7 convenience store so if you are jet lagged and get hungry you can go there. Walk down and there are more shops and McDonald’s if you get hungry. We did upon arrival notice (when checking everything) that the previous people had broken the hinge of the door. But after speaking to the receptionist, people came to fix it! So it was perfect
