The rooms are large and comfy and the beds are amazing. Slept very well. The staff are great. The location next to COEX is unbeatable and the Airport Express Shuttle stops right outside. it's a great location in Gangnum. The breakfasts are really fantastic and healthy as well as yummy. I've stayed here before, it's my third time staying with them.

This is total nitpicking, because breakie does rock at the Grand, but the croissants and in particular, pains au chocolat were amazing on past visits. This time they had these "alright" mini croissants at breakfast and no pain au choc. It was kinda like they lost their baker or something since my last visit, but the other breads and pastries they had were still very good. Just missed those pain au chocs and the super excellent croissants they had from before.

Great room and location

Breakfast was closed very sharp at 10:30 and often the buffet not refilled after 10:00. After staying there for 7 days in a junior suite they were not offering us a late checkout until 12 am.

We had a pleasant stay at this luxurious hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the sophisticated and opulent ambiance that truly made us feel pampered. The room was incredibly spacious and cozy, perfectly designed for comfort and relaxation. The dining experience was outstanding — the food was nothing short of amazing, showcasing a level of sophistication that delighted my taste buds. Every dish was a culinary delight, making us look forward to each meal. The staff deserves special mention for their warmth and helpfulness. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, and their professionalism truly enhanced the overall experience. A major convenience was the direct lift to the shopping center, making it easy to explore and shop without any hassle. We highly recommend it for anyone seeking a luxurious, comfortable, and convenient stay!

Room was very clean & comfortable and had good sound insulation. We had a good sleep after a red eye flight. Enjoyed using the toiletries as they had an invigorating scent. There was a bathtub! The hairdryer was also powerful which is a relief after using many weak hairdryers at hotels. There were other ammenities like an ironing board and soft shoe brush which are small touches that are appreciated. We found the staff warm and approachable as well and they were very eager to assist when we needed. Doormen and conceirge were efficient and welcoming which created a nice impression upon arrival. I much prefer hotel receptions on the ground floor like this one as it feels you are ushered into care of the hotel as soon as you arrive. Overall a very pleasant 1 night stay and the excellent location near a major mall, exibition hall & train station definitely helps.

We were a bit surprised at how low the ceiling was on the guest floors. It would have been more congruent to the sense of space the lobby area lent with higher ceilings. The room also seemed smaller than 400sqft which was abit disappointing. While it still felt new, finishing of furnishing and quality of equipment lacked a certain finesse that we were expecting. We stayed during the off peak season which made the room rate more reasonable. However as plesant as the experience was, we are not sure if paying 30-50% more is justifiable. Probably the biggest surprise was that it cost an additional 60,000krw to use the sauna facility. That seems high and it would be nice if management reconsidered to lower this supplement charge.

Location, location, and location. Walking distance to Parnas mall and Starfield Coex Mall and interesting surroundings. Minutes to a few metro stations.

We booked for a room for 4, but breakfast was provided only to 2. My 4yo daughther was free but an additional kid was charged ~USD 30 per day for average food, where we enjoyed a better breakfast of 4 outside hotel and cost us lower than USD 30. We wasted all breakfast (except for one day). Would not recommend to book room with breakfast for a family.

Superb service from the amazing InterContinental Hotels & Resorts Grand Seoul Parnas team! My family and I felt so welcome throughout our stay; every precious staff welcomed us with a warm smile and was extremely helpful. We didn't have difficulty communicating as all the staff spoke English well. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean! I would also like to highlight that the concierge, reception, and housekeeping team did a very good job on their part, and we can't wait to return to South Korea and stay with InterContinental Hotels & Resorts Grand Seoul Parnas again!

I am very grateful to the concierge, Mr Carl, who is tremendously helpful and caring. He explored his means to help/ advise us in booking the bus tickets and patiently explained the details to us to ensure we know what to do (where to board the bus, scan the tickets) On your departure to airport, he helped us to call a maxi cab and brought our luggage to the cab. Throughout the service, his sincerity and professionalism is greatly felt and appreciated. In addition, he speaks frequent English. (I found not all concierge can communicate well in English)

I checked in past midnight due to the delay in my trains from Busan. I emailed the hotel to inform on my late check-in. I would be happy to have a complimentary snack/ supper when I checked in as we were so tired and hungry after the long wait at the Busan and Seoul Station (taxi queue is horrible). In fact, I would think it will be very thoughtful if your hotel can advise me in advance about the condition at the Seoul Station and maybe offer transport option for us to ease our travel from the station to the hotel. Sadly, nothing is done by your hotel.

The hotel was situated next to the Parnas Mall and Co-Ex Star Mall. Just take the hotel lift direct to the Mall and from there it is an easy 3 minute indoor walk to the subway station. The Junior King Suite was spacious and comfortable and there was a good selection of food at the breakfast.

A minor point - there could have been more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and robes. The tea selection in the room was meagre (3 teabags) for 3 adults and the choice of tea was unusual - fruity teas.

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Intercontinental Seoul Parnas. The room is very comfortable with great views of the city. All facilities and toiletries in the room are of high standards. The staff are very helpful, polite and professional. The location of the hotel is perfectly convenient - with the lift connecting to the mall and few minutes walk to Samseong metro station. The lobby has live music in the evening and looks very elegant. The food, especially breakfast is superb! I will definitely stay here again in my next visit to Seoul and would highly recommend it!

Very good location in Genhman dDirectly connected to the subway and to the shopping mall. Airport bus also connected with the hotel.istrict. Also connected with the COEX congress centre.

For the breakfast more continental options could be available. In addition, it does not make sense, in an expensive hotel, to have to pay the sauna as an extra.
