Great location, right across from the Coex center and next to the entrance to one of the most useful subway lines (line 2). The hallways sometimes had an odd smell, the wait for the elevators was perhaps a bit longer than I'd have liked, and the rooms were a bit small - but everything was well organized and functional. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby bar could be better (for example - no vodka at all). On the other hand, the breakfast was excellent, located on the 21st floor with magnificent views. Overall, a very good stay, and I would stay here again.

I attended a conference at COEX, the location was just perfect. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast excellent.

My check-in experience was horrible. The young man at the reception desk was rude, unhelpful, and unable to do his job properly. He could not find my reservation, and I – tired of a continental flight – needed to look for the reservation on my laptop. Basically doing his job while he looked at me... When I paid roughly 1.200 EUR... Interesting. Eventually he found my reservation, right under his nose, lying on his desk. He did not even thank me for my help and patience. He is definitely not fit for a 4-star hotel. So my recommendation is that he should either get some training or be let go.

Very good hotel for its price and services. Location is good, hotel located just in front of COEX center, subway station is very close and you can get almost anywhere from there. I came super early and staff was kind enough to allow early check in, and it was super helpful. Room were cleaned every day and the room view was nice! Another huge advantage for me is that bus stop (for buses that goes directly to Incheon the airport) located right in front of hotel!

it wasn't a big minus, but there was some construction work happening and sometimes I could hear the noise. wasn't disturbing, but I could hear it at nights sometimes

The location is really good, there’s a subway station right next to the hotel, the Coex Mall is just crossing the street, and there’s a baseball stadium 15 min walking from there, or 1 stop using the subway. At arrival I could have an early check in, which was really helpful at the moment, everything was quick. Staff were really kind and helpful since the beginning. The bar of the hotel has some good options to grab a snack or a drink. It’s also good to mention that there’s a Landry available to use it at your own, the only inconvenient for some could be that it requieres cash. Excellent stay!!

The location is great if you have event in Coex. Just next to the Metro exit.

The selection in breakfast is average and always wait long time for the elevator. And it takes a long time to check in. They said our room were upgraded, but it is facing construction with noises even at midnight. We have booked the same room type but not every room are the same, and they had mentioned they are the same type. It is quite confusing.

Great business-style orientated hotel for work-related short stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and calm. Nicely design for conveniency. Just next to subway station.

A bit pricey, likely due to the location in Gangnam area (affluent area of Seoul). Room size is a bit small. However, the room amenities are complete. It will be a bit cramp if one has 2 or more big luggage. Breakfast choices are slightly limited and similar menu every day. A bit noisy due to the nearby construction work, which was unavoidable.

Good location near the COEX mall and Samseong Metro Station. GS25 Mini convenience store nearby. The breakfast quality was good but the variety was the same everyday. No different main courses apart from the porridge. The noodle stall was good and full of flavour. The cleaning team was efficient and the room was thoroughly cleaned daily. I like the reassurance that there was always a spare full roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. The city wide is spectacular also, esp of the setting sun.

The room size was good but could be a bit more generous as there is no space to leave a large suitcase open. I always have to close my suitcase and put it on the floor after every use. The 2 bottle of water supplied everyday are appreciated but the water quality tended to be more 'hard water'. Also, the shower design is not great with a partially enclosed shower unit, resulting in the inevitable wet bathroom floor as the bath isnt tall enough to contain the shower stream. And the wait for the lifts can be a bit frustrating.

Overall it was a nice and comfortable stay here. The bed was comfortable.

The lobby was located at the 21st floor. There are 3 small lifts at the ground floor and you can imagine how long one needs to wait if there is a large group checking in the same time. For the room I stayed, one of the lights was faulty and the management said that they have to call the engineering company to fix the wiring, hence the light was left dangling from the ceiling. This could be avoided if the housekeeping has checked all the lightings in the rooms to ensure they are working.

The room is nice and clean. There is everything you need even an iron board provided in the room conveniently. It is also very near to the convenient stores, trade tower, and subway (with escalator). The breakfast is various and the quality of foods is gorgeous. In my case, there was a day that the water leaked from the ceiling of the bathroom; however, the hotel staff was nice ans willing to help. And they were ready to fix it right away which was very good.

Noted that a construction site is near the front of the hotel; however, somehow I did not hear anything while I close the curtain and it did not bother my sleeping. (My room was on the 9th floor and faced the construction site) (While my colleague at the 8th floor complained about the construction noise). Even if the breakfast is various but the menu did not change every day. Another note is that some hotel staffs are not perfect at english; however, they can communicate with simple words. But some are perfect and very good to help.

When we arrived it was 10PM, asked staff if there was any restaurant or open so we could grab something to eat. They said everything except convenience store were closed. Later we found out there was a McDonald restaurant less than 100 meters away which was open till 12:00AM.
