Excellent location, comfortable rooms and a sumptuous breakfast catering to all tastes. The Christmas decorations were also wonderful!

The room was a little warm - no A/C in November, not surprisingly. However, the hotel provided a mobile AC unit to rectify, so top marks. Also there were a few spots on the minibar plinth that needed some extra cleaning, Again, once the hotel was informed, this was rectified immediately and the standard of cleanliness kept high from then on.

With a hotel of brand name, there is already a certain expectation, and I can say with confidence that it lived fully up to its name. I travel often across Europe, and I truly appreciate the level of quality and value I find in Korea. Rather than writing at length about how beautiful and comfortable everything was — which is already well known — I want to express my sincere gratitude and respect to all the staff. From reception and parking to the restaurant, bar, maintenance team, design dept, and every corner of the hotel, every single staff member was warmly kind, professional, and attentive.

The only moment that gave me pause was seeing some children climbing onto a hotel display. The following day, the staff thoughtfully placed a sign there, which shows their kindness, but personally I feel they don't need to be so gentle with guests who lack basic public manners.

I stayed at the hotel before and had a great experience, so this time I tried the residence. Since I have allergic rhinitis, I’m usually very sensitive to bedding and carpets, so I always carry my medication with me. The room floor was carpeted, which made me a little worried at first, but I didn’t experience any allergy symptoms at all during my stay. It really shows how well they maintain the cleanliness of the room. I also loved that the room had a clothing styler—it was so convenient! There was also a coffee machine provided in the room, and the bathroom was very spacious and comfortable. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

Exceptional decor and atmosphere. People were constantly in the lobby taking photos as the Christmas decorations and general look of the place was amazing. Breakfast buffet had large variety and was of a high standard.

No room service, which was strange. Air conditioning was locked on "warm" mode and the only way to get fresh air circulation was to set the temperature higher than the ambient room temperature. So constantly having to increase the temperature if we wanted fresh air, until it was too hot to handle. Reception did offer a portable AC unit but this wouldn't have brought in fresh air. I would have been happy with a "fan" mode on the AC but couldn't select anything other than "warm" Everything else was perfect.

I came to this hotel to treat myself, and what a treat ! The staff was really lovely, especially the concierge who recommended some great places to go out for a drink. The room was very comfy, and I even had a view on Namsan Tower. The breakfast had everything. (Even salted butter !) The gym was very clean, and the swimming pool was just the right size for a morning session. I'll definitely come back on my next trip to Seoul.

If I had to say something, I wish there was a hook in the bathroom to hang my bathrobe, but beside that, everything was perfect.

Excellent stay at this hotel, can't understand why the ratings are low. We did arrive quite late so the check-in was not in the rush hour and it went smooth. The gym is AMAZING! Really big and well equipped even for strong gymmers. There's also a swimming pool so make sure to use that. The interior is better than I thought, looks really nice in reality with good craftmanship and materials. Not really modern and sleek interior though :D The breakfast buffet was really big, lots to chose from; American, Japanese, Korean, Indian and so on.

The hotel is in a quite boring neighborhood with a large road outside. But it's a short cabride to COAX and so on. We even took the bus, which stops just outside. There is a sushi resturant just some minutes walk north of the hotel. The breakfast was quite pricey. But my daughter preferred this one to the even more pricey at Signiel.

The entire staff was excellent. I came to have plastic surgery and Gangnam. The location was perfect. The amenities were outstanding. The food was perfect. Plenty of things to do around although I couldn’t do much because I was healing highly recommend staying here.

Nice, clean and spacious rooms, big bathroom with separate toilet, shower and bathtub. Few mins walk to train station. Airport limousine stop in front of hotel. Three train station away from to express bus terminal for travel outside Seoul. Lots of seats at Lobby. Good service at check-in and check-out. Hotel is much nicer compared to most hotels I stayed at in previous trips to Seoul. Don't know why it is not rated higher compared to other hotels. Good value.

Bathtub area has clear glass, but you can close the door to room if it bother you

I was immediately struck by the grandeur the moment I stepped into the lobby. The elegance and service were truly befitting of a five-star hotel, and everything exceeded my expectations. What impressed me the most, however, was the staff — their warmth and professionalism made my stay truly exceptional :)

I decided to stay at this hotel based on a recommendation from a close friend. The grand lobby made a strong first impression when I arrived. Check-in was smooth, and the hotel was conveniently located very close to the clinic I had booked, which made getting there easy.
