The room was super clean and cozy. Good price-quality ratio. The lobby staff has been super useful in giving us information or making reservations given that we did not speak the language and had problems with local reservations apps.

The hotel is very near to the subway, but 15 minutes walk from the nearest touristic place. If I was to go back to Seoul I would choose a different neighborhood for touristic purposes. The staff replaced in room amenities (slippers and toothbrushes) daily, which in my opinion was not necessary and created useless waste.

It had attributes of a five star hotel

The gym was a little grubby and basic, the location of the gym also felt a little claustrophobic. The glass bathrooms with the curtains were awkward. You need something better than curtains.

Very comfortable beds and nice staffs. I decided not to have them clean the room while I was gone and housekeeping left the basket full of towels and water. That was really nice.

Very hilly but not to blame the hotel it’s self.

cleanness, staff, quality of furniture. location was great, closer to bus stop and subway station.

shower door was not closing completely. i wish i notified the staff but didn't do since I was staying for only two night.

Fantastic front office staff especially Ms Kim who is extremely helpful. Great location close to shops, restaurants and many transport options. Airport limousine bus stops right in front of the Hotel!! Superb breakfast selection ..all in all a welcoming hotel which does well to exceed your expectations..

The staff was very helpful and nice ,the view is very beautiful you can see the namsan tower, next to the bus station and train station

The hotel offered great amenities and the quality of their room was excellent. The staff were friendly and the hotel went above my expectations to provide care and comfort for their guests.

Easy access from the Gimpo International Airport and near the station. Many shops and restaurant are also near the hotel. Overall, the hotel is clean, convenient, and accessible.
