naver map stated it was a few minutes walk from the station exit but it felt much shorter! coming out from exit 9 (be warned there are stairs with no elevator) we could see it right away, literally just off the main street. later on we saw there's an elevator by exit 7 which you can then go into the building right infront of it and exit on the other side , much easier this way if you've got all your luggage with you. given the hotel is right off the busy gangnam street, the noise levels were really minimal even late at night. Jet lag the first few days had us waking up really early, but there's Kyo bakery and dunkin donuts that's also open really early as well (and paris baguette a few mins walk). a lot of shopping and restaurants are right outside and we stumbled upon some really nice places (Kimbap 25 & Billy Angle Gangnam stn no.5 were great). We enjoyed our stay!

Good, clean, well equipped, spacious

1. It was my second stay at Ocloud. The previous room was with good sound proof, however this one was not. A lot of noise from neighbours making love or whatever they were doing during the night and from the lift hall. 2. Some of the receptionists don’t speak English at all or speak hardly. 3. Check-in happens literally at 2pm. Even if you come a bit earlier (let’s say an hour) the only option is to pay an extra night. Not partially, the whole day. And it’s not a question of rooms available, it’s a policy.

I've been to many great hotels in korea but this one takes the crown. The location was so convenient, plenty of restaurants and cafes right outside of the hotel, not to mention sinnonhyeon subway station and a bunch of bus lines are less than 5 minutes walk away so its easy to reach other parts of seoul as well. The rooms are clean and spacious with comfy beds and a big bathroom and all of the facilities you might need. All of the staff members i encountered were very friendly and helpful, from the kind receptionists to the nice guy working at the parking lot! It was an absolutely wonderful stay and I'll definitely return when i come back to seoul!

Location is very good. There's a shortcut to subway station just 3 mins by walking. Lots of shops, cafes and resturants are nearby. Room is spacious and clean. Walking distance to airport bus station.

Overall the hotel is quite outdated. The bathroom is like 1980s style. There's not enough space for clothing. You have to pay for having an extra pillow which is very strange. The room rate is a bit expensive since it is an outdated facility.

Loved loved loved my stay!! The location was great! If you walk up the street from the main entrance and pass that Starbucks you'll run into a large nightlife. Bars, clubs, restaurants, stores, bus line and metro. Convenient stores open 24hrs in every corner and people super friendly.

The staff didn't speak much English, however out of respect for their culture, I'll come better prepared next time speaking some Korean. Very friendly staff. There wasn't a thing I didn't like.

We had a corner room with excellent views, with a small kitchenette that suited our needs. The bed was comfy and not as hard as other properties we stayed in Korea. We also appreciated that we could open a window. The house cleaning staff were friendly and attentive as were the reception staff.

We were disappointed not to have Netflix which was available at other properties in Korea. We really appreciated having access to washing machines but no dryer although the staff helped out with a folding air drying rack

Perfect location to explore the city. Hotel had good facilities including a decent gym and self service laundry.

Unclear about room options. Booked for 2 adults 1 child (8). Asked for family room. Only given room with 1 bed (extra large). Be careful when booking. Free (light) breakfast could be included. Lots of cosmetic surgery patients use this hotel - can be scary for small children.

Very helpful English speaking staff at reception sorted all our queries. Everything was kept very clean and the rooms had everything we needed. It's close to the Seoul Express Bus Terminal, Lotte World and Gangnam.

Only a minor point, but we found the lifts could sometimes be slow or unresponsive when calling it to our floor. The stairs seemed to only be allowed for access in emergencies; I would have preferred to have access to one or the other given we were only on the 3rd floor.

It is the second time that I stay in this hotel. I really appreciate the location and the service of the hotel. The room and bathroom was super clean and there was a water bottle refill everyday. We had a room that was really calm (no other rooms next to it and not in front of the construction site). The AC was really nice with to the current hot temperatures. The location is great as it is behing Gangnam Street and next to the station Sinnonhyeon with line 9 and 2. It is a nice place to stay if you want to change from the usual Hongdae/Itaewon hotels and for a good price.

Nothing to say it was great.

Well placed near Gangnam station, and only 3 bus stops away from the bus terminal, close to a street full of restaurants, with quick passages to main streets, yet quiet. The view from upper floors is beautiful, same from the roof garden. It is big enough to be comfy, with a well equipped kitchen cupboard. I appreciated the spoons, not all hotels have spoons in SK.

It was not cheap, but it is functional and comfy, so no complaints.
