We enjoyed our stay hotel for our first visit to Seoul. The size of the room was perfect and we were well situated between two metro stops. If you want to be in the hustle of it all, you might want to be in a different place.

It was well situated but a little of a walk depending on the here we wanted to go.

Fantastic location to either walk or get the tube into Gangnam. Very helpful front desk staff. Room cleaned to a high standard.

Wouldn’t day didn’t like but the wet room tended to make whole of the bathroom floor wet

I was really searching a larger room as many rooms are tiny in Gangnam bc I was there 2 weeks for plastic surgery. It was the perfect and comfortable place for me. Super roomy, bed was super comfy and the bathroom was just large enough for me. I think anymore than 2 people it would be very tight. The people at the front desk was super helpful. If you want a late check out be prepared to pay by the hour. I would very much stay there again!

The only thing (again for my situation bc I was there for plastic surgery and by myself) I wish it had was a desk to work on, a small freezer for the to keep the ice packs cold for my facelift (but the ice machines worked fine too) and coin laundry at the hotel although there are walkable ones close by (make sure you bring change or have a korea phone number to use) it was a challenge for me to get my laundry done!

Spacious room and good amenities; friendly and helpful staff; beautifully scented spaces; top notch Italian restaurant with excellent food and service; compact fitness room with complimentary water bottles and towels; in-house cafe has a great aesthetic and good range of teas; 7 Eleven and E Mart stores close by; Olive Young store, Paris Baguette cafe and 2 train stations walking distance from the hotel.

Location on a slope and isolated from central Gangnam, Hyundai mall, Coex centre plus other attractions - need to taxi or train everywhere; limited selection of good eateries within walking distance

First and foremost, the older receptionist (wearing glasses who’s name we dont remember) was absolutely amazing. So kind, welcoming and helpful. He made our stay unforgettable. We liked the location and cleaness of the hotel and room. Everything was always prepared and clean.

I was little bit disappointed by the fitness. Was expecting fully eqiupped gym (at least basic machines and bars). Perhaps I didnt read full description of the gym but not worth bringing any workout clothes on the trip. It’s rather a small room with rowing machine and indoor running machine.

Clean, quiet luxury. Staff super friendly, especially Justin on the front desk who was incredibly helpful and supportive. Lots of amenities like the coffee shop and three restaurants.

Whilst Korean breakfast was fab, the Italian and US breakfasts were quite odd. Leaf salad? soup? Toast that was one half slice of untoasted bread? Also they need to extend breakfast ties. Finishing at 9am is a little early, especially for those who arrived late the night before. The very steep hill on which the hotel is located can be a real issue, especially for those with mobility problems.

The rooms were nice and clean, which made for a comfortable stay. It's conveniently located near Line 9 and Line 7 subway stations, making it easy to get around the city. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout my visit. Their warm hospitality really stood out and made me feel welcome. Justin was very helpful and always make it everything easy Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a clean, well-located place with great service.
