- Price is quite reasonable given I manged to catch the offer they gave. - Able to check in about half an hour earlier than the official time (3pm). - View is spectacular - we are on high floor, with overview of Gangnam and can see hangang river and namshan tower at the far end

- Hotel location is quite far from metro station - around 10 minutes walk from Apgujeong station / Hakdong station, maybe more convenient to take bus for travelling, but it is not difficult to walk from metro to hotel just a straight road. - Room size is slightly packed - not really able to open 2 large sized luggage in the room. - No wardrobe, just a little space near the room main door, can be difficult to place thick coats and clothes for 2 persons. - Showering area is quite packed too. - Staff is unable to assist calling taxi at midnight time - staff is just using app to call like what I can do on my own. - Not a lot of restaurants or cafe nearby, but quite a lot of pharmacy nearby and 7-11 convenience store right behind hotel.

Everything worked well and staff was very efficient. Kevin checked us in and Lucas assisted us multiple times during our stay. Our Housekeeper was the best, we didn’t need daily service and she always made sure to check on us and offered amenities. We loved the attention to details and thoughtfulness toward foreign travelers with extra amenities in the room and the laundry facility. We never had to ask for anything. The toilet clogged once around 2am and got fixed within 5 mins. Amazing jobs Front Desk and Engineering team. I’m a Marriott loyal and this was our first time staying at Best Western hotel, and everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you for taking an amazing care of us!

Great location as there are many affordable restaurants and fine dining options to cater to anyone's taste and budget. The bar on the rooftop, 1808, has to be one of the best cocktail bars in the area. Hidden gems amongst the locals. It's all word of mouth, not advertised on the outside of the building. Bartender Mr Park mixing up some great cocktails, and the food is delicious. It is pricey, you pay for what you get. Nice atmosphere, and the viewing overlooking the city.

The rooms are smaller than expected. Perfect for the solo traveller. Couples, suggest upgrading the room.

The hotel is placed in Gangnam, on Dosan-daero street, with a bus line right in front of the hotel that takes you almost anywhere you want to go. There is also metro line 3 nearby, a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The room had an amazing view on the street with a view on Namsan Tower, the lights at night make a beautiful vibe. For personal preference and for any BTS fan the hotel is located at a 5 minute walk from Yoojung Sikdang restaurant where they used to go as traines, and the food is excellent. There are also a lot of other restaurants nearby if you want to end the day and be not far from your accommodation.

This hotel is halfway in between metro stations Sinsa and Apgujeong, but there are multiple bus stops, if you don't mind transfers. The airport bus shuttle stop is also close by. The area where the hotel is situated is a trendy, buzzing area, where's a lot to do, especially is you like food and shopping. The hotel is easy to find thanks to its unique exterior and interior. The check in was super easy, the staff was friendly and patient. We got room on the 4th floor with window into the street, so we had to close the curtains during the night, as there is too many neon signs outside. The room met all our expectations for one night, especially the shower with changing LED lights. :D

The TV had only 3 channels and 2 out of these 3 were hotel info channels. Not sure what happened here, but we were not able to access the smart TV or any other channels. Since we found out after taking shower and getting comfy, we just decided to stay on Youtube for a while and then go to bed. It was late anyways. There was weird white stain on the bench by the window, otherwise the room was clean.

The rooms are very small. We booked a twin room and could barely move inside. The bathroom also has a sliding door, offering little privacy. The metro station is about a 10-minute walk away, but I wouldn’t recommend walking with suitcases as the street is uphill and carrying luggage to the room can be quite tiring

Staff, Location, Room

I love staying in Aiden because of its location. It's very accessible to the places I frequent and is just across an airport bus stop. The rooms are very clean and spacious although the door to the bathroom needs a bit of a maintenance but it is not something that would affect my overall stay.

Since it was winter, the air conditioning units were centrally controlled in heater mode, which was uncomfortable for me. I had to open a window to make the room cool since I prefer to stay and sleep in a cold room rather than a warm room.

Bed was real comfortable, staff were great and helpful, rooms were well maintained and clean. House keeping was good.

After all the stays around korea over a couple a weeks I'd say the breakfast buffet was only okay on comparison to others. The outside windows could do with a bit more sound proofing but its probably normal as was on lowest floor and It's only during peak traffic times I heard it. Never heard neighbour's at all. Much better then some other locations were I could hear every noise including at so called high resorts at jeju.

- Hotel room is clean - The Suite room is big enough for 3 people - The hotel is next to bus station (easy to travel around by bus) and Airport Limousine bus stop is just across street (200m. Away) - Can leave luggages at the lobby before/after check in and out - Easy to go to Gangnam, Apgujeong Rodeo, Garosugil
