The location is great within close proximity to Eonju and Sinnonhyeon which offers access to Seoul's metro network, which in of itself is a very cheap and convenient way to get around. Furthermore, there are some food streets and lots of restaurants around so it's very easy to find places to eat at or explore. The hotel itself is very clean and managed well with very friendly staff. If you manage to land a room on a higher floor facing north you also get an amazing view over the city!

The area itself is very steep and it's very harsh to get around with large amounts of luggage. I recommend you get on/off at Eonju instead of Sinnonhyeon if you have luggage as the walk can be a very up-hill battle with somewhat uneven roads. Not a deal breaker but something to keep in mind.

I like the quietness of the hotel. The location is good, close to the train station and bus stop. The cafes, restaurants and convenient stores are also at walking distance. I came for the concert at KSPO Dome and it wasn't hard to travel, gangnam and Coexmall are also nearby. Plus, there is Airport Limousine just opposite the hotel which even make it more convenient.

The heat in August!! Besides that I think the breakfast should be included in the price. And there is no room sevice from what I can see but that's fine.

Nothing fashionable but a very good price quality hotel in consideration to most surrounding options. Room is maybe slightly dated but wont do much under for an average 4* hotel (and good views towards north by the way). The restaurant / breakfast room is brand new and crispy clean. Maybe not the most cosiest restaurant but it does the job for a very reasonable price and wines/beer are available. Within 100 m stroll there are two convenient stores to stock up your fridge or get a noodle fix. The staff was very helpful in arranging an ironing board or a cab, the latter appeared every morning within 2 min of asking. Really excellent and efficient place to stay.

We spent really a good time in this hotel. You can take a bus from airport that directly bring you to the hotel (Cost around 12 eur - 18000 wons per person). Staff is really nice and the room was really beautiful with great views of the city. Fully equipped with a fridge, a/c, daily free water, good sound proofed.... Situation is good, you have couple of metro stations near them, bus stops, supermarkets (7 eleven, cu...) and restaurants. It's true that it's up on a hill, but bit of exercise is good for health (of course people with reduced mobility or if you have some luggage need to take it into consideration).

The hotel is located across the street from an airport bus stop. It is between 2 metro train stations and several bus lines run nearby. It is well marked and easy to find on Google maps and local maps. The breakfast buffet was so much more than expected with plenty of hot and cold choices, salads, fresh fruit and even custom-cooked soup noodles. Expresso/latte/cappuccino machine started the day without having to run out for local coffee. Well worth the extra room charge.

Hotel seems a bit dated and not the indicated 4 star level. Hallway noise from people talking could be heard through the closed door.

The hotel is located near restaurants and shops. There is also a shuttle that take you to nearby places, but it does not operate on the weekends. The staffs are nice and speak English well. Disposable slippers are nice as we feel much better than reusable ones that were provided by other hotels we stayed at during our 2 weeks in Korea. Breakfast and coffee were the best out of all hotels we had experienced during our trip.

Carpet in the hallway smells old even though we are sure it's clean. Buffet breakfast is outstanding, but we are not big breakfast eaters, so it was expensive for us. Of course we could go to another coffee shop, but we were already in the restaurant. Bathtub is dated and this was the first time we saw one during our trip.

My stay was short but comfortable at this hotel. The room was nice and cozy, and the staff was always available and ready to help.

The location is not good for those who want to walk around and get to know the city. The Gangnam neighborhood is worth visiting but it is the opposite direction to most of the worthwhile tourist attractions. The subway is not accessible and it is a long walk with hills, so it is advisable to use taxis, which can be quite annoying during rush hour.

The hotel room is spacious and the bathtub is also quite large. Cleaning comes every day. The rooms have everything you need: hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, kettle, cups, two bottles of water every day. The view from the room on the 11th floor is amazing. Two minutes from the hotel there is a CU store where there is a WOW card machine. There is a metro station literally five minutes away and a bus stop 10 minutes away. In the area of ​​the hotel there is a street with restaurants and cafes that lights up in the evening, there are a lot of people. I also advise to go to one of the cafes of the Paris baguette chain for breakfast (quite tasty salads, pastries), these cafes are located next to the hotel.

The hotel is located on a hill, walking from the metro it looks like a little hiking.

My room had a large window with a lovely view of the rooftops of Seoul and the mountains in the distance. The hotel is quiet, clean and housekeeping very attentive. The well-lit bright bathroom (double deluxe) benefits from a bathtub and large counterspace, hairdryer and mirror. The location, in Gangnam-Gu, is close to many subway stations, the 6009 airport bus route, the main Gangnam shopping area and with lots of coffee shops, restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

Location was perfect, walking distance from Gangnam Square and a lot of options to go out to dinner, take a drink and shop. Also close to two subway stations that allow you to move around to different parts of the city. Room was good, proper commodities and bed was ok.

Only one complain is that business center isn't working and was listed as one of the hotel ammenities and was one of the reasons why I booked this hotel because I need to work remotely during my stay.
