Loved the reception team. They were incredibly hospitable and made my stay very comfortable. The location was great because I could get around too many places within Seoul with a direct access from this hotel

It was warm in Seoul and the room did not cool in comparison to other hotels The host at the main restaurant were not accommodating at all. Even though there was 30 minutes left in breakfast, they would not see me. This happened multiple times. This hotel was advertised to have a reformer machine. I specifically chose this hotel because I wanted to do Pilates in the morning. However, once I got there, I was told I couldn’t use it because that belonged to a Jim. Nowhere does it state that within booking.com.. as you can imagine this was incredibly disappointing and pretty frustrating when I had a routine set for myself for my vacation

Aesthetics of the hotel was 10/10, gorgeous. The service staff were also very helpful, and I wasn't expecting that because I read previous reviews saying the service wasn't good. But they were actually delightful and the cart service was very helpful as well. With the cart service, you can get a free ride anywhere within 3km of the hotel. We'll definitely be back.

I wished for a TV or a projector in the room given the amount of money paid. The location wasn't the best - a little walk from the metro. But apart from that, everything was good.

Everything from Check-in experience to 8 nights of stay and check-out process was at very close to perfect. As we are not used to heavy breakfast, we had the option of not having breakfast at their restaurant (Poissons) and instead enjoying our Cappuccinos and Croissants at the hotel bakery (Becket) every day. The cleaning process was done very consistently and thoroughly every day. The Fitness was really well-equipped, nicely decorated in a vast space to accommodate a lot f people at the same time. Even though except once, it was also empty and all to ourselves.

The pools were always very crowded, with special time slots to go! So, we did not use it. Maybe the most important issue or problem with this hotel is the elevators! Only 2 elevators were providing service to more than 13 floors, including the lobby, and 2 floors for pools and fitness. Almost always taking at least 3-4 minutes, sometimes waiting times was up to 10 minutes.

This hotel is a stunning design triumph. The owners have crafted a breathtaking property that stands out from large, mainstream hotels, making it my go-to choice for unique stays. It’s a true urban sanctuary, showcasing the brilliance of its designers and owners. The breakfast was exceptional, with a twist: a small buffet paired with a daily special. I enjoyed the curated approach, though it offers no alternative options.

Staying here feels like visiting a wealthy uncle’s estate—there’s a sense you’re “privileged” to be a guest, with strict rules that hit differently after a place like the Park Hyatt. You’ll likely carry your own luggage (we faced a one-hour wait for assistance), and the pool shuts down for an hour every 1.5 hours, complicating your schedule. Late checkout always incurs a charge, with no wiggle room. Lounge access is restricted to two 1.5-hour slots, and you’re firmly asked to leave at 7pm or 9pm sharp. You can adjust to the rigidity, but if you want doting staff or spontaneous pool and lounge visits, this might not be your vibe. Also, no TVs in the rooms.

Stunning property with an incredible interior design and beautifully designed bedrooms. Each corner is a delight for the eyes. Probably one of the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We came in the winter so we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor pool, the indoor pool was another piece of art. We were lucky to experience it before the crowd joined. Personnel is very attentive and kind, I needed help to order cabs and things online and they surely helped the best they could. I fully recommend staying at Ananti for a special Seoul experience

Wish the sauna was included in the price of the room. I don’t like it when there are add ons when the room is at that price point.

Spacious and modern, perfect for a group staying a week long. Beautiful rooms and stellar service and staff all around. Comfortable and well designed amenities and common areas.

There was some communication trouble to all guests of an issue at the beginning and that led to further issues. We had 1 incident as a result of that which marred our experience but the manager was able to make some amends and did so in a timely manner. They communicated the time of their next update and committed to it.

This place is fantastic! The accommodations are top-notch and comfortable. As most will note, these rooms do not have a television, but honestly, there is so much to experience that I don't see why anyone would want to stay in a room all day watching TV. The food in the restaurant was top quality; the indoor pool was serene and beautiful. As a black woman traveling in Korea, I found the staff extremely friendly and helpful to all my needs.

I took a point off because the beds were a little too short and challenging to get out of, and the railing leading upstairs was loose. Also, I would have liked more control of the room's temperature, as there were only preset options. I traveled in December, so it was colder in the room than I would have liked.

We stayed on level T Room was excellent, clean, modern and decor lovely. Gym was exceptional, as was the pool when it was not overcrowded.

our room was too warm and the air con could not be adjusted. They did give us fans that helped. To gain access to hotel lobby is unusual as u have to go down two levels. Need to give guests more info on entry.

We had a great stay !!! Melanated ppl are welcome here and we just loved everything!!! The toast the breakfast the facilities were top tier!

The location is outstanding, the rooms are spacious with a balcony. At first the lack of TV threw me off but with so much to do in Gangnam it really wasn’t needed. There are some complaints about the AC not going below 24 but if you call reception they adjust it to 20 immediately

Housekeeping did the bare minimum which is clean bathroom and change sheets if you request it. Most of the room isn’t cleaned, we killed a mosquito that remained on the floor for three days.
