Best place in Seoul to stay if you want excellent value for money as well as hygiene ( see photo for example of clean bathroom ) and a great location. Super clean and extremely convenient. SINA station ( line 3) is 1 min from the property and the owner is caring and polite. She is welcoming and caring while she is professional and keeps the place spotless. I can’t even find this level of hygiene in 6 star hotels !!!

I can’t find anything - I tried to find to give balance but just couldn’t. Others have commented on noise from the fridge or pipes but I heard NO noise at all.

The property is well maintained and the owner is very respectful and super nice! Her English is good as well and she is willling to help with anything you need. I like that the room has a mini fridge, private bathroom and hot water boiler. Any dishes I need to borrow I can go to the shared kitchen. For laundry, you will just need to pay the owner and she will do it for you. This is a good place to stay if you need something affordable, is a single traveler and traveling for medical purposes (surgeries, etc). I will definitely come stay again for sure!

Just a small note - There are rules posted in the kitchen to maintain respect for other clients who stay in the other rooms by keeping noise down after 10pm. but some clients don’t always follow that and that is not the property’s fault at all! Just wish that other clients can be respectful as well

Obviously my expectations towards the property from the picutres were not big, but when I was in the room, it actually felt like home for the 8 days I was there... The bed was comfortable, there was a joint kitchen to use with microwave and the room was kept very clean. .The Sinsa metro station is only 3 mins by foot and you only walk like 5 mins using the Airport Bus to Sinsa station which is a good price at 17,000 KRW.

The toilet and shower is one wet room - which makes it a bit of a challenge. But that was expected from the pictures. And you should be able to walk up the hill to the guest house - its short, but steep.

Very clean. Fresh linen. Double Room is perfect size for me as a solo traveller. Staff was sweet, polite and very accommodating. Location close to Sinsa Station was perfect for me because away from the touristy places. Every place was easily reached by subway or on foot. However someone wanting a touristy immersion might prefer a different location.

I'm a softie so I prefer a softer bed however the bed provided is typical firm Korean. This is not a problem though because I expected it.

Probably the best stay I have ever booked while staying in Korea for 2 weeks. The lady was kind, informative and very promptly responded to every request and messages, I could not have found a better place. Thank you so much for everything, I will remember all the good memories I had there.

The room and shared areas was very clean and nice. I found the beds to be very comfortable. The staff was super nice and helpful at all times and went out of their to help us with trying to find a camera my friend lost in Korea last time she was there, and we greatly appreciated it. I would definitely stay here again.

The room is small but it is cosy and suitable for solo travel. It is like a semi hotel with electric kettle n hair dryer provided. Bathroom amenities r provided without the worry of running out because they are not small size like given by real hotels. The public kitchen is on the same level you can cook, wash n dry clothes, water dispenser n cutleries r available. It may be the best stay you can find so close to sinsa Station aside from airbnb or other available hostel/hotels nearby. CU store, bus station, Starbucks, olive n young, n small restaurants r within walking distance.

The walls r thin. The space is small enough not to put a chair in as the table n bed is so close to each other, if you don't mind using laptop on the bed it is ok. Luckily they have the extension you can charge your devices while lying on the bed.

The hotel is amazingly well located. Right next to the subway, in the middle gagnam but still in a quite street so no noise at night. The staff was really nice, the place clean and had all necessary amunities. The AC worked perfectly and the self check in was really convinient. I highly recommend this place !

I felt very safe as a solo female traveler! I really enjoyed my stay.

Excellent location! Metro and bus station is really close! Easy check in and out. Good size room for one person and for the prize! Got easily everywhere and is in walking distance from Han river. With the hot and humid weather, I LOVED the air-condition in the room!
