Quiet, simple and relaxed ambience. Cosy and polite service. There is a lot of attention to making it a curated experience - from lobby reading materials to electronic checkin / check out. Sinsa location was easy to commute from.

I appreciated most aspects of this hotel stay. These are some suggestions to consider for improvement only because i truly want to help: Whilst there was the option to signal preference for GREEN initiative with the card on the bed, it seems towels and slippers were still being replaced daily. I visited the rooftop of East wing on a Sunday evening at 6pm but it still didn’t seemed open despite the sign indicating it would be from 5pm? The room seemed quite dusty upon checking in - perhaps a more recent clean would be valuable. For the first time visitor, more descriptive information on the best way to navigate to the hotel from the airport could be handy. also perhaps quick induction to nearby cafes and supermarkets etc.

The hotel’s location was great, with easy access to the subway and buses, making it simple to get around the city. The area had a variety of excellent restaurants and a superb coffee shop right across the street, along with a 24-hour convenience store. Complimentary tea and coffee at reception added a nice touch. The internet connection was reliable, and there was an ethernet port available in the room. Booking trips was straightforward with pickups directly from the hotel, and the laundry service was very convenient with pickup and delivery back to the hotel. The rooftop bar was a good feature, providing a pleasant place to unwind with food and drinks.

The only downside was that the bed was quite firm, which I personally found uncomfortable.

Location of this hotel is great. from ICN to the hotel if you have light belongings Bus Limousine there's a bus stop close to the hotel (around 300 meters). CU mini-mart in front of the hotel. The front reception staffs are totally very truly nice and services mind.

somehow during I stay, there's a renovation in the east wing of hotel? so, the carpet on the hallway is quite dirty found some dirt and stains.

The hotel is within walking distance to Sinsa cultural hub, so it's super convenient to get to lots of nice eateries and shops. But the hotel itself is located off the main road, so it's very chill and quiet. There's not so much of a view, my room just looks down to the back alley, but the sky was quite nice when I was there (during the Mid-autumn fest), so that's not a big problem. The restaurant is quite pricey, but the food totally makes up for that, worth every penny! I love the herbal tea they have there.

Be careful when you get back to the hotel at night. The back alley that leads to the main door is lit, but the other road (main highway from sinsa station) is very dark at night, and there are big trees that block street light, so have a flash with you. The aircon in our room is a mystery. I think it works on an auto mode, which turns on when it's warm indoors, but never off? The remote control didn't work, so we had to use the wall controller. If we brought the temp down to 18-19 degrees, the aircon turned on. If we brought it up to 23-24 degrees, the aircon turned off :))) fascinating first night trying to figure it out

.- It's easy to get to the hotel frim ICN airport by bus 6006, especially if you have big luggage and not convenient to take trains to the hotel. The hotel location also close to Gangnam area, only 2-3 bus stops to take. .- The room was super cozy and temperature set up during winter time was totally fine for me as I visited during the week that temperature in Seoul was about 2 to -11. The bed was tooooooo cozy for me so I work up super late than I expected lolll. .- The view at east wing really nice. Facilities in the room are all okay. .- Breakfast that include in the package also really good, very nice restaurant. .- All staffs at the hotel so friendly.

.- The access to east wing may not convenient for some users. I mean if they don't like to take more than 2 steps to get to the room. But for me it's okay and the view of east wing is really nice. .- Don't know how to connect TV in the room as it was all in Korean.

- The location was very convenient close to airport bus stop. - Sinsa bus stop is few meters away. - Room was very clean and comfortable. - Reception staff were nice and helpful. - Convenience store is just in front of the door and many restaurants are close by.

- Breakfast has very limited options. - Very few English channels on TV

I loved staying in this hotel. I initially looked in this area because a friend is staying with a family nearby. I loved the location (5 minutes walking from subway), so many cute cafes nearby, restaurants. The bed is super comfortable. I think it's the most comfortable bed in my whole stay in Seoul (stayed for 2 weeks, stayed in 4 different places). The pillows are comfortable too. Super spacious room. Overall, would stay again if I have the chance.

There really isn't anything else I can think of. The only thing that I noticed was conditioner does not come with the shower facilities but that seems like a Seoul thing more than anything else. All other hotels/hostels/apartments I stayed in did NOT come with a conditioner. So to all the ladies out there, especially if you have dyed hair like me, definitely recommend to keep this in mind. You don't need to bring some with you, you can easily buy one at an Olive Young or a convenience store near the hotel which is like an 11 minute walk (Garosugil Town).

Great location, close to public transport and the venue I needed to get to. Amazingly helpful staff and accommodating of my payment methods.

The breakfast options were a bit meager and not really suitable for a hotel breakfast. There were options, but I wish there had been more protein rich options that did not include pork. However, this is a minor complaint as the stay was otherwies fabulous.

whenever I come to Seoul I stay at La Casa Hotel, due to the circumstances last time in 2019. Ivar to say: Time has left a bit of its mark on the hotel. the sofa was quite spotty, the door to the room wouldn’t close properly. I guess some renovation would be due soon. still, I like the hotel a lot, location is still amazing (best coffee shop of seoul right in front, still quite amazing places, Cafebars and shops (nowadays more in the backstreets of Garosu-gil) around and in good reach to the 6006 airport bus and Shinsa-DONG subway station (10 min walk or even >1 hour if you pass by too many shops in the wrong company…😏).

The hotel is center to everything, with countless restaurants everywhere. Yet, very quiet. We slept great. The staff were incredibly compassionate, kind, and professional. With our language barrier, the front desk did everything for us, from arranging cabs to advising us where to enjoy the best of the area. The room was very clean...no trace of cooking smell or smoking. It smelled fresh.
