Great location in the midst of yeoksam. Near the metro. Nice and cosily furnished. Staff were polite. It's an apartment style so do not expect full hotel service

Bedlinen were a bit rough but could be because they were very (like 1 week) new.

The instructions on how to use the floor heating and the AC units could be a little more clear but I wasn't familiar with the devices so that is a self-imposed barrier.

Clean, comfortable, quiet. Bath water runs constant. It will not be suddenly hot then cold and vice versa. Bed mattress and pillows are comfy. Hotel room is legit sound proof. Staffs are friendly, helpful and polite and tried to reply me as soon as they can. It's 5 to 7 mins walking time to Yeoksam station. Nice and varieties of food can be found easily nearby and there is a 24hrs beef restaurant in just less than 5 mins walk to the hotel.

This year you have the second hotel and it has the same name. So, we had issues with taxi drivers taking us to the other hotel as you have addresses of both hotels on the card. It’s better to highlight your specific address when giving card to people.

Overall a great hotel with suites perfect for families. The free parking was a very nice perk.

The location is good if you intend to use public transportation. The area can get congested if you intend to drive/cab it around but it was still fine and worked for us.

Location is not bad. Close to restaurants and easy commute. I would definitely stay here again because the rooms are spacious and clean.

The place was stunning in design, the layout and space and utilities for all that you need was exceptional. The hygiene impeccable. The service and professionalism world class.And a convenient location, and economic price points too.

Location is quite central but not in a busy road

it is like a service apartment, so no food amenities similar to hotel. Restaurants and convenient store are available around the establishment

Room was nice and clean. Staff was nice too, especially the staff who could speak Japanese. He was very friendly.

The gym may need some improvements. The treadmill is a bit outdated.
