Clean and comfortable! Professional and helpful staff, including reception and housekeeping. We were traveling as family with both an elderly person and a teenager and it was good to have two adjacent rooms with twin beds. We stayed during recent heat wave of temperatures in 90s(F) and the hotel allowed us a late check out at no charge so my elderly mother could stay safe and comfortable before leaving for the airport.

The location is quiet with good places to eat in the lanes behind the high rises, but for us with an elderly traveler and in this heat wave, it was a little far from places like Goto Underground Mall and COEX, so we arranged for taxis.

The breakfast was excellent! It included both traditional Korean dishes and more universal options. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Even though we arrived early, they allowed us to check in. Hotel's location is very convenient; there's a bus stop right in front of the building. While the metro stations are not immediately nearby, they can be reached with a pleasant 7–8 minute walk. Also, the airport bus stop is very, very close to the hotel, which was a big advantage.

The check in staff was kind enough to let me check in early in the morning at no additional charge. A really nice gesture as I was very tired from the red eye flight. Staff also gave me the option which direction I would like my room to face but suggested a room not facing the main road so that it would be quieter for me. It was very much appreciated. I made a booking that includes the breakfast buffet and it was superb. Healthy options with both Korean and western dishes. The hotel was also very near an airport bus 6703 stop, which made things easier when I left for Incheon airport.

The room was clean and really comfy. Our request to get a room on the higher levels of the hotel was also considered and the location is great. We had a direct and easy arrival at the hotel with the K Limousine Bus from Incheon airport which took about 1 hour. The airport bus station is just 5 minutes away making our way back to the airport quite pleasant. The hotel itself is a 10-15 min walk away from the subway stations nearby and also has a 7-eleven downstairs which was very convenient for us. The service was great too. Everyone was really polite and friendly. We got a lot of help from the reception staff. Breakfast was also included in our stay. There was a good variety of delicious food to choose from like Korean breakfast with rice, western breakfast and even a noodle station. We also had a great dinner once at the hotel cafe, which we can highly recommend (might be just a little expensive). Over all we really enjoyed our stay and would book a room at this hotel again.

The temperature regulation in our room just worked at times and the breakfast can get repetitive after a while since it‘s the same variety each day. It would be enough to change one small part of the buffet once in a few days (for example the fruits or pastries) so it doesn’t get too repetitive.

I was highly satisfied with the location, bedding, breakfast, and hospitality at this hotel. The seamless data sharing between the customer call center and the front desk ensured that my requests were promptly addressed. The hotel's location was perfect for my business in Gangnam. The breakfast was of high quality and offered at a very reasonable price. The bedding was comparable to that of a five-star hotel, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Overall, this accommodation offers excellent value for money, and I would highly recommend it to others.

I couldn't find any particular inconveniences.

Good sized room and bathroom, storage space. 7-11 right behind hotel, bus stop right infront of hotel entrance. Bathroom was well stocked. Room in general was very comfortable

Air conditioning didn't work, or if it did barely functioned. Was a little bit confusing on arrival where to check in. Would have been a bit more helpful for foreigners to point them to the right place

Friendly staff, good facilities

No directions for guests arriving to Hotel. Had to ask someone where the reception was which was on floor 2, labelled lobby. The buffet was closed on 2 occasions without warning. One for a 1year old birthday party and on another occasion the sign said closed at 8.30pm. I had to look for food outside the hotel. I was charged full price for the buffet on Sunday 21st May even though I had a room booked. Every other day I received a discount, as the other member of staff asked if I was a hotel guest.

The location was nice, I do wish I could stay nearer to a train station but the walk to Yeoksam and Eonju station wasn't so bad. Walking to Gangnam station also isn't so bad. The 30-40 minute walk was pretty decent. I didn't have breakfast this time but when I stayed in Shilla Stay before, breakfast was really good, so I hope they had the same quality of food this time.

I know it's still winter but I did wish that the room could get colder. I found it to be a bit too warm for my liking. I just wanted it to be cooler since the duvet was quite warm. Since the car park was at the back, it was confusing when we had someone pick us up, to pick us up through the back, instead of the main road. Room was also pretty tight, barely enough space to lay out our luggage.

Hotel located about 20 minutes from Yeoksam or Seonleung subway stations. Airport bus no. 6703 is about 200 meters from the hotel on the other side of Eonju-ro street. Nice and helpful staff. Very good breakfasts, everyone will find something for themselves. Very quiet air conditioning.

The windows were leaky and you could hear noise from the street.

Although the room is a bit small overall was good as expected. The cleaner came in to clean the room every day leaving the room immaculate! The location was superb, close to the subway and walking distance to the shopping hubs and also highly recommend the rosette bagel cafe which is super close to the hotel.

There is no microwave in the room since there are so many convenience stores around and I couldn't heat any food in the room :( during the winter the room was extremely stuffy and superheated and we couldn't bring down the temperature and were only given a fan. Which is better than nothing
