The staff ate Welcoming and they also reply to My questions straight away through the app. I had to book this hotel urgently for one night before My flight back home and luckily there are rooms available. I wasn’t told what was the reason why the room was not available on the day OF My booking, however, the staff are generous enough to upgrade My booking to premium room for free. The room is cozy and clean which is the most important for me when booking a room to stay. Location is great. There are restaurants and convinience store nearby. The busy stop and train station are 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. There is also Space to store your luggage before check in amd after check out. Just ask the reception about storing your luggage.

There are soap, shampoo, towels, hairdryer, mini fridge available in the room however, you have to bring your own tooth brush or toothpaste otherwise, you can buy from the reception. You also have to buy your own adaptor to use or I guess you can rent it from the reception. The hotel is hidden but it is easily to be Found using the NAVER map app.

The staff were amazing. The best service we have received in 3 weeks in Korea. 10/10. Rooms are huge, clean and comfortable, so quiet. Bathrooms are huge, lots of bench space to organise yourself in the bathroom and bedroom. Couldn’t fault this place. Was really nervous after reading other reviews. Price was a little high for us, but I think it was because we stayed on a long weekend where everything was booked out. Overall loved our stay. The staff were the cherry on top.

Maybe a little out of the way but still walking distance to Yeoksam station. Food options are limited.

Customer service was great. Great hospitality and professionalism. Hotel lobby, rooms, and overall area were kept clean. Each room has their own internet to ensure little drops in speed. The hotel is in close proximity to the subway station and is not far from the main road. There are plenty of things within walking distance like GS25, Starbucks, and restaurants as well.

May not be customary in Korea, but a microwave would be nice in the rooms. This inconvenience is combatted by the staff being able to help you or just dine at the attached restaurant.

The hotel is a great value for money! The room was comfortable, clean and included toiletries. We visited in June, when the temperature was really hot, but the A/C of the room greatly compensated the heat. The thing that stood out the most was the extremely friendly staff that always greeted us and helped us with any kind of inquiry. Special thanks to Tae Jun Yoon, who was especially nice to us, very professional and helpful.

The hotel seemed nicely renovated, but some underlying issues were definitely noticable, e.g. the pipes in the bathroom had some issues (water of the bathroom sink was draining extremely slowly), the room had a subtle musty smell and there was no direct sunlight coming through the relatively small window of the room.

Location wasn’t near much, not much of the main destinations of Gangnam nearby,we have to take a 20-30min train/bus ride to get to main places. Mostly business and several shops around, you have to go to the next stop of Gangnam station for the more lively areas which is close by -Suggest to change hotel slippers to non-slip ones as they slippers made you easily slip in the shower if the floor is wet so I didn’t trust using them

Very spacious room with a huge tub and separate shower, but a little old. Close vincinity sand short subway ride to COEX Convention Center and Mall (and the insta-famous Starfield Library.) Hotel manager was very helpful for the small details you might need and gave recommendations of his favorite place to eat that re close by. It is definitely a long subway ride (will need to transfer one time) if you are trying to get across the river to the museums/Seoul Tower/Night Market.

It wasnt so much a big deal, but the large room we got upgraded to has tile all over.. not quite separate flooring styles between living room/bed area and bathroom area.

The staff were amazing! Check in was a breeze and the staff helped us with our luggage even outside of the hotel when we arrived. They also helped us when we checked out and even called a jumbo taxi for us to go to the airport . The room is very spacious and they provide a great array of toiletries.

It would be nice if they had more outlets and USB ports for us to use especially for the foreigners that don't have the appropriate adapters. Gangnam area is also not as much of a walkable city so be prepared to commute.

Room size, comfort; peace and quiet. My room got upgraded to a suite, so I had plenty of room. I was alone. The room was very quiet and comfortable and I had a very good night's sleep

Didn't like the toilet room location or size. It was quite small--tighter than an airplane lavatory-- so you can't extend your legs. The room is also separated from the shower, tub, and sinks by the fridge and self service table, which is an odd arrangement.

I was visiting Seoul for nearly a week. I enjoyed my spacious room, the large desk which was easy to use for work, and the great location that was close to the Metro line.

Just two minor things--I wish the hotel had a gym, and that the restaurant had been open.

Staff were super friendly, provided me with a free upgrade to the suite room on the top floor. The room itself was very spacious, especially for this area of Gangnam - the hotel is rated as 2 stars by Korean standards (not sure how this translates to international rankings), but it is way better than other 4 star hotels I stayed in in Gangnam. Definitely recommend, especially for the price.
