We loved our suite, everything about it was top notch. Bed was extremely comfortable and the bath was lovely. The view over the park was exceptional and it still felt really private. It was also extremely quiet. nice bonus with the steaming/drying cabinet.

When we went to tell the staff about a couple fighting and screaming at each other (it was very serious), they were very slow and hesitant to do something about it. We had to ask them twice on two separate occasions before they called security. The couple was fighting so violently and loudly that we almost called the police ourselves. We were also unsatisfied by the lack of any apology. It really just felt like they tried to dismiss the situation and hush it up... The situation was quite disturbing as it happened twice and nothing was done and it bothered us for some hours after...

The area was quite quiet and clean unlike some area in the city center such as Hongdae. There’s also a small convenience store and Olive Young around where you can buy some things. The staff were pretty nice and the room was clean and comfortable. The airport line starting from Incheon airport passes the station which the hotel is located so it is very convenient and highly recommended to those who don’t feel like carrying their luggage for a long time.

It’s a bit far away from the city center and tourist attractions so it took some time to travel.

we arrived late at night tired from the trip the ac was little bit hot but we needed to sleep, all night until morning the ac kept getting hotter until it's 26 degrees in the room we told the staff they try their best to help also offered late check out and complimentary drinks , the hotel near gimpo airport but far from the tourist areas also nothing near the hotel .

Got charged for using the phone room to call the guest service which does not make sense. I can expect charges for calling external numbers but not other room in hotel of hotel receiption for help

I booked a night at the hotel for my parents but did not travel myself. The staff delivered on my requests by leaving a birthday card for my dad in the room and some small treats for them to enjoy - it was so kind of them! My parents really enjoyed their stay, loved the location next to the park, and said the room was clean and spacious.

We loved the location which was close to a beautiful park and close to the airport as well as shopping. The hotel had restaurants on site which was very convenient and the food offered was delicious. The staff were very friendly and very helpful! We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family 👍👍

Breakfast was perfect. Many different kinds of Korean, western food. every day the menu was different and quality was high compared to other hotel's regular breakfasts. In other words, it was a great deal. The employees couldn't be any kinder. I don't remember her name but she asked me every day how I was and even on my last day, she asked me how my stay there was. She genuinely wanted to know my opinion. The location may not be in the middle of Seoul, but if you would like to enjoy different kinds of Korean food every day, it couldn't be a better place because there are hundreds of restaurants within five-minute walking distance. For the view, I could see the botanical garden from my window and it was a refreshing sight after hard walking for the day and a beautiful greenery in the morning. For the actual room, I was in a two-bed bedroom and it was on a smaller scale. However, the housekeeping was done every day unlike some other hotels so me and my daughter could come back to a freshly made room every afternoon. I would absolutely visit this place again.

The location was not like other five-star hotels like Lotte or Hyatt as it is located in the western part of Seoul. But all the other amenities and local facilities more than make up for it. If you have a business in the area, I would recommend this hotel.

The staff were so friendly and nice and made our honeymoon stay special with their cute gift pack of treats and hand written note! We appreciate the little attention to detail. We also are so thankful for the room upgrade too!!

The google chromecast wasn’t working while we were there unfortunately. They are working on it i think but hopefully the next time we visit that will be working again.

Superbly located hotel overlooking the Botanic gardens. I couldn't fault our stay at all. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was good and the quality of our room was a higher than others we have stayed at in Seoul. Highly recommended.

Excellent Marriott Hotel. We had a superb suite room overlooking the Botanic Park. We had dinner at Vinyard-15 on the 15th floor. The food and wine were excellent and the service was very nice. The hotel is next door to a station to catch the airport railroad to both Gimpo and Incheon and is in a lovely area. Only 4 stops the other way to Seoul station as well.
