Very fine indeed breakfast, wide selection of foods, fairly decent coffee. Good location - close to the city center. Fine amenities, nothing too fancy, but decent nonetheless.

pricey parking - given it's basically street parking. closed restaurant - despite the hotel is described as having one price to value ratio bit skewed

I would like to highlight stuff and the hotel management attitude to the situation I was: I was travailing with two seniors, my parents with some disabilities. So my request to have the breakfast in the room as my father is not capable of moving down into the restaurant was completely fulfilled with all the respect to the guests. So, I would like to extend my thanks to all the personnel of the hotel for help! Room was very clean, well heated just ready for our visit, it was quite late time though. Breakfast was perfectly served and tasty.

I noticed no significant drawbacks to especially mention here.

Place is very tidy and quote, location a few steps from city main square. I had multiple issues with magnetic key right at check in, Miss Marta at reception desk was so kind and helpful in solving the issue .

The staff were super nice and kind! I had a very nice experience there. Even though we didn't speak the same language, they made all the effort to make communication possible and help me in everything I needed! Breakfast was also wonderful!! And the room was comfortable and clean!

Location is good (walking distance to restaurants and city center). Staff is very kind and rooms were so clean.

Nice hotel located very close to the center of Raciborz city. Breakfast buffet is very good and it has different kinds of food. The room was large and also the bathroom (with shower and separated bathtub) was large. Wifi connection was fast and reliable.

The hotel has a restaurant in the basement but was closed. The parking lot is a little bit small and can be difficult to park the car.

The location is very convenient to access either the rynek (city centre) or the train station. It's very modern and the hotel offers a huge range of food for breakfast. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.
