I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The hotel itself is very nice and well-maintained. Breakfast was fantastic with a great variety of delicious options. The location is also excellent—close to everything and very convenient. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended!

Friendly and professional reception staff ( highly appreciated) good value, nice location, restaurant and laundry service mind blowing, good price.

Furniture particularly sofa highly recommended for a replacement, it’s too old, couple room must have a balcony, lift is too small, I had to use stairs multiple times to reach Al level-7.

Very polite and friendly staff. Clean and very specious room. Big comfy bed. Good air-conditioning. Good lounge space for entertaining guest. Very satisfied with the room as whole. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay better.

Bathroom design is a little old fashioned and it is the only think I can say but the functionality are perfect and no complaints from me. After staying in over priced rubbish hotels for a week, this was a game changer.

Breakfast was good though with limited variety of items. Staffs were quite cordial and the location is also quite good.

House keeping is not taking proper care of the washroom amenities, e.g. the wash basin tap was leaking and no attention was given for either repair or replacement. Booking dot.com confirmed me the room rate as Tk.3067/- plus Taxes worth Tk.978/- for each night but the Hotel has charged me @Tk.4413/- (inclusive of taxes). Front office executives were not at all cooperative and failed to connect me with the GM for clarification, which was extremely unprofessional.

The staff, the facilities and convenience. After visiting several hotels in Bangladesh, we realised getting the basics right was not common. However, Grand Valley understood what is important for customers and went above and beyond to deliver an excellent service.

The location is not bad, but it's not the best either. But with the countless number of taxis, it's easy to go wherever you need so it's almost a non issue.

Silde wall with mountain view need some renovation and curtains should also need some fixing to be done. Others than everything is excellent.

Their behavior, cleanliness was top notch and they have a restaurant in 3rd floor which remains open for 24/7 hours and the food is so tasty that you will not be able to forget the taste .

I booked and stayed at this hotel for 13 nights and 13 nights of excellence and near perfection is what I got, the staff from the reception staff all the way to the restaurant staff were really friendly and will do anything to make your stay even more comfortable, The room I stayed in was spotless and had everything I could need from water bottles to toiletries it had sofas and a really comfortable bed with nice and firm pillows both rooms had A/C which worked perfectly there was hot water and the view was of the front of the hotel which I used to stand by and watch the daily life of Sylhet go by but with the added silence, Rooms were cleaned daily with tea, cofee, sugar, milk and water replenished too, Fresh towels were provided daily. Cleaning staff are really friendly and always asked if I needed anything else. Breakfast is included in the daily rate which had a buffet style option with fresh food hot drinks and sweets available, The restaurant is on the 3rd floor and easily accessible with the lift, staff at the restaurant are really friendly and efficient. And food from the menu is reasonably priced and tastes amazing no matter what you order The manager Shipon himself was willing to do absolutely anything to make my stay perfect and its these little things that really do matter the most. Check in and check out was very smooth and I was always greeted with a smile. And finally the Wi-Fi made my day to day work that much more easy never had a problem.
