All facilities, the spacious room, swimming pool

The food could have been a bit better. Most of the time a lot of fatty/fried dishes with the same side dish options every day. The fact that hotel guests need to pay sun beds at the beach. I understand that it isn’t a private beach but a lot of other hotels in Croatia do provide this option for their guests. At least a discount for hotel guests would be nice.

Very nice and cozy hotel, with amazing facilities and tasty dining. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to Leona and Igor from the reception for being absolute legends! Thank you very much for the vacation :)

Everything was fine,thanks to the receptionist Maria, she was very kind and helped us a lot.

Great location- right on the seafront and paid for the sea view. The sunsets were just insane. Boat to Dubrovnik leaves from right outside. Quick Uber from the airport. Could always get a sunbed as they don’t allow anyone to ‘save’ one at a silly time. Staff were good, day time activities to take part in if you wanted. Drinks were good. Close to Cavtat which was lovely to explore of an evening. Most of the food was brilliant. Went all inclusive, I think it was worth it.

The entertainment in the evening wasn’t the best, but child orientated, so if there with kids it’s fine.

fantastic location lovely lady (long hair pink glasses) on reception so helpful, partial sea view room,clean and spacious, fruit bowl on arrival, enjoyed aqua aerobics, nice pool to sit round, good breakfast, only b&b so can’t comment on other meals

The evening activities seemed to take place around the stairs which was a bit strange

Remisens Hotel Albatros — A Truly Memorable Stay Our recent stay at Remisens Hotel Albatros was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for, thanks to the incredible team who made every detail of our visit special. We loved it so much that we book three extra nights so our seventeen nights stay was amazing. The staff deserve the highest praise — each person we encountered went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. Mato, the talented bartender at the lobby bar, impressed us every evening with his warm conversation, professionalism and perfect cocktails. In the restaurant dining area, Ana and Miloje provided service that was both attentive and sincerely friendly — dining was always a pleasure, especially during the themed dinner nights, which offered delicious variety and a touch of fun to every meal. We also spent time at the snack bar, where Alla, the bartender, was equally amazing — always cheerful and ready with a smile and a refreshing drink just when we needed it most. A special mention must go to Iva, the receptionist, whose kindness and warmth made our entire stay feel welcoming and personal. She was always ready to help, answer questions, or simply brighten our day with her friendly demeanor. We would also like to thank Sanja, our cleaning lady, who kept our room spotless and was always so kind and respectful — her work added to the comfort and ease we felt throughout our stay. And of course, our experience by the pool was elevated by the exceptional work of Zoran, who made sure everything ran smoothly and that guests could fully relax and enjoy. His helpfulness and professionalism did not go unnoticed and made our days by the water even more enjoyable. To all the staff at Remisens Hotel Albatros, we extend our heartfelt gratitude. Thank you for your hard work, genuine care, and dedication to making our stay so memorable.

One small note: The pool party in the evening, during our stay was mostly focused on children’s music and entertainment, which is great for families, but we would have enjoyed a bit more adult-oriented music and activities as well. This isn’t a complaint, just a friendly suggestion for the hotel to maybe offer a mix that everyone can enjoy!

Excellent location on the edge of Cavtat, which was a beautiful waterside walk away. Took us about an hour to walk to town with two children exploring rock pools and 20 minutes back! Hotel staff always really friendly and lovely with the children. There is a small kids club with different events each day, hosting morning and afternoon sessions. Food very good, lots of variation.

Down side was that this kids club and adventure play park was round the back of the hotel, so took us some time to get comfortable leaving them in the kids club. But we needn't have worried, the staff was so friendly and caring and had a robust signing in/ out procedure.

We stayed there for 3 to 4 days, and the overall experience was wonderful. We had opted for the all-inclusive package, which covered food and drinks. I must say, there was plenty of high-quality food available during all three meals. In addition, there was a snack bar next to the pool offering a wide variety of snacks. The beer was a good choice, though the other drinks didn’t quite match the same standard. The swimming pool was large and very clean—our kids had a great time there. Outside the hotel premises, there were several options for water sports and local dining. The location was excellent, and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets right from the balcony of our room.
