Everything was perfect, since the welcoming at reception, staff extremely friendly, rooms with a very highly quality standards and spacious, very organized and displayed. They also have a very good restaurant and the coffee machine at the room was a Nespresso which I loveeeee. To get to Old Town Ubers cost 4 euros only. There are also more restaurants and shops nearby and the Port of Dubrovnik. I truly loved my stay 🤩🤩🤩

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to have the hotel breakfasts, but I had a perfect dinner of an Angus burger with a bottle of Plavac. Just perfect!! The room was spacious, comfortable and warm with a pleasant balcony. The bathroom was very clean and spacious. The staff I encountered (cleaners in the corridor, waiter at dinner, and the receptionists) were cheerful and friendly.

There was nothing in the hotel that I didn't like.

The hotel is ideally situated. It is only a few steps away from a bus stop where tourists can catch the bus to Old Town Dubrovnik. It is a short walk to Tommy Supermarket and other establishments. It is also near the marina where you can find nice cafes, bistro, etc. The hotel has great customer service. A few days before we arrived, they contacted us to provide us with information about parking and other hotel services. The hotel is relatively new, modern and has a boutique feel. We were lucky to be given a room on the top floor with a rooftop terrace. The view from the terrace was awesome.

We had a fantastic stay at this clean, modern, and very comfortable hotel! The corner suite was VERY spacious with a large bathroom, and sizable living room. All the amenities were brand new. The hotel provided a free bottle of water in the room (very much appreciated) and there’s a Nespresso machine with pods. We arrived early and the kind gentleman at reception allowed us to check in early. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent. There’s a bus stop right next to the hotel that will take you to the Old Town. We took an Uber for €8. There’s a supermarket to the left of the hotel and a bakery to the right, a drugstore is 5 min walk. Although the property is located on a pretty busy street, the rooms are soundproof and it’s quiet. Would definitely stay here again!!!

The location was v good and easy to access for the airport. The room was comfortable and well climate controlled. The whole area was really quiet and easy to get a bus into the old town (same stop just outside the hotel is a place where you can pick up the Platanus bus to the airport). The rooms were clean and made up every day. Multiple supermarkets are close by to stock up on provisions within 5mins walk.

There weren’t as many facilities as could have been (eg a small fitness centre might have been nice), and the pillows weren’t as plush so the sleep was a little less comfortable. There was a broken vanity mirror in the suite which albeit I didn’t use, but created an impression of less maintenance.

The hotel is clean, specious. Rooms are big and comfortable. The hotel is about 10 mints driving from old town but near to lots of resturants, supetmarket and bus stop. You can take bus to old town but since we rented a car. It was good option to chose this hotel as parking are available with only 20 euros per day.

The bed and pillows were too soft. I am not use to with soft bed so it was bit uncomfortable for me. I wish hotel had swiming pool and spa but unfortunately its not available but its fine. We still had good time

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect – just a 20-minute walk to the Old Town, with all necessary infrastructure nearby. It’s conveniently situated right between the bus station and the Old Town, making it easy to get around. The hotel offers all the amenities you could need, and the staff at the reception were extremely friendly and even helped me with a personal matter. The rooms were very clean and quiet, and overall, the stay was incredibly comfortable. 24/7 reception, underground parking available for an extra fee. Room includes a coffee machine with capsules and sugar, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, slippers, hairdryer, and high-speed Wi-Fi. I would love to come back again.

We like the hotel location, since it is about 16 mins walking distance from the main bus station, and 25 mins walking distance to the old town. If you want to take the bus, there is a bus stop just right in front of the hotel, 1A, 1B, 3 & 6 to the old town with 2.5eu per person. During our stay, the weather changed warm although it is still in spring, we are not able to turn in the air conditioning, therefore the room is very stuffy. The only option is to open the window. However, we can't leave the window open while we sleeping because we found out that we are on the top floor where the balcony can be accessed by other hotel guests. The hotel is very new, somehow not sure why during the hot sun time, there are lots of black ants at the window area. But luckily, they just stay in that area. We love the shower so much, it is hot and very good water pressure. Lastly, I would like to give a shout to the staff Gina, she's very friendly and helpful, she's definitely one of the super star in the hotel. Thank you Gina.

The room air conditioning

I just needed to be somewhere within walking distance of the bus station so this fitted the bill perfectly as it was about a 20 minute easy walk. It had the added advantage of being a cheap cab ride into the old city. The staff I encountered at check in and check out were extremely warm and friendly. They were very helpful in answering my questions which were actually nothing to do with the hotel. When I saw they had given me a room next to the elevator I was worried about noise - they are so quiet though so I didn't hear a thing all night!

I couldn't work out how to turn down the temperature in the room. I resorted to opening the window though and that did the job...and it was a quiet area so no noise problems.
