The view is a 11 out of 10 to die for! Comfy pillows and bed, decent wifi and hot water with good pressure. The receptionist was friendly and helpful.

Credit cards not accepted, so I had to withdraw cash from a local bank machine with an expensive exchange rate. Parking is 12 euros and a block or so away.

Good location, clean apartment with spacious balcony. Apartments are situated above a restaurant and small shopping mall. Walking distance to supermarkets and nice places to eat. Short taxi ride into old town.

There was an expectation to pay in cash which was very confusing. When I booked the apartment on booking.com it was done on a no refund basis and then several weeks later I received an email saying I had to pay in cash. When I checked with the apartment, I misunderstood their message and thought that as it was through an agency, ie Booking.com, that the cash payment wasn't applicable to me. However when I was there the reception told me only cash was accepted. I wasn't in a position to access so much cash on holiday and absolutely nowhere else I've ever stayed has requested a cash payment. I told them I would find somewhere else to stay and they did manage to 'create' a link which enabled a card payment.

Hairdryer didn't work.kettle lead not long enuf curtains coming away sunlounger falling apart just a few details need tweaking. Cleanliness may need attention hot tub maintenance def needs more attention.

The location is great, a 25 minute walk to the old town or a 6 minute uber ride. Its a 30 minute car ride from the airport. The room is clean. At the bottom of the building is an ATM, a restaurant for food and you can walk 5 minutes from there to go to the port. From the port you can go do a day trip to Eliphite Islands which was fun. The room had a fridge and kettle to make tea, plus a stove to cook food if you wished

The water temperature in the bathroom was hard to manage. It was either too cold or too hot, no in between.

Loved, loved EVERYTHING! Ana and Goran was so helpful. They even helped us to check in earlier which was wonderful as we had a ling overnight flight and didn’t sleep at all so we were really tired when we got to our apartment. It is such a lovely apartment with an AMAZING VIEW. Clean and comfortable. The bed, sofa and bedding was all great! There was a lift so it was a big plus. Loved being so close to where you get ferries and boats to islands. Supermarket around corner as well as the bus stop to old town. Close to many restaurants, parks, shops etc. I am so happy we chose this place instead of staying in the old town. If I ever come back to Croatia, I will stay here again.

The only thing I can mention is that the floor of the balcony outside our apartment tilts a bit toward the apartment. Which means that even with light drizzle, the water does not drain away which make it to slippery to go outside even after the rain has stopped.

The unit is clean, well-equipped, and overall very comfortable. It offers a stunning view of the bay and features a lovely terrace with a mini jacuzzi. The location is excellent—within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and grocery stores, and right in the middle of major bus routes.

Nothing major, but the unit could benefit from some updates or renovations. The bedroom has a column in an awkward spot, and the bathroom sink is installed lower than standard height. There’s no coffee machine, and the TV could be upgraded to a smart model with streaming apps.

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at Adriatic Deluxe Apartments. The location is excellent, central to everything, with the Old Town just a 15-minute walk away. We love walking, so we really enjoyed exploring the area on foot. There are beautiful walks, different beaches to visit each day, and we also did the Elaphiti Islands boat cruise, which is a must — highly recommended! The apartments were clean and comfortable, and the staff were lovely and very helpful throughout our stay.

This is a spacious 1 bed apartment with all the kitchen crockery etc required. Good location with bus stop to old Town just behind - it's 5 min bus ride or 20 min walk. There's a beach approx 1.5 miles walk which is ok. Old town beach is better. Nice outdoor space with hot tub.

The water tank is small - not enough for a bath but ok for two showers. Any more wouldn't work. The bathroom is tired and needs so attention in places. Huge bed - two singles together, however not a huge duvet, so you're fighting over the cover!

We had a great unblocked view of the water with a big terrace.

The apartment that we had the furnishing and decoration was not even close to the photos on the website. However, it was clean an comfortable.

Perfectly positioned, AMAZING view, on a bus route to Old City and walking distance from delicious restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and on top of a cafe serving good coffee!

No staff or contact throughout the night - we were unlucky enough to have a power cut as a switch tripped in the main fuse box - we (guests from 3 different apartments) had to resolve this ourselves at midnight as there are no out of hours staff or emergency contacts. This would NOT deter me staying again but I think a tip the property could take & improve
